【摘要】 近年来,我国的高等教育超常规快速发展,高等学校的在校生人数逐年大幅增长,我国垮入了高等教育大众化阶段。与此同时,职业院校毕业生就业难这一问题也愈来愈突出,成为加快高等教育发展进程中不可忽视的问题。一方面学生数量的剧增,层次和素质的参差不齐,另一方面企业开始重视招聘成本和效率,要求学校对学生进行有针对性的推荐。对于职业院校毕业生来说,在校期间,由于受到活动范围的限制,很难获得较多、较广泛的企业用工信息;对于用人单位来说,仅仅通过面试、笔试,也不能全面了解学生在校期间的综合素质及表现,往往找不到自己真正需要的人材。因此,不断完善该“就业推介系统”,并使它具有一定的量化现实功能,就显得十分有必要。不仅能够让学校和老师掌握学生在校期间的全面情况,更能够在邻近毕业、就业时,让企业有针对性地选择真正适合他们工作岗位的毕业生。山东信息职业技术学院毕业生就业推介系统就提供了这样一个平台,让毕业生和用人单位在该平台上相互了解和沟通,有利于毕业生就业工作地开展。本系统在详细分析职业院校就业现状的基础上,初步设计了就业推介系统。系统设计充分考虑了实用性,立足于毕业生就业推介的实际情况,描述了系统目标和总体业务,阐述了系统的具体服务对象,并对系统核心内容和需求分析做了说明。在应用模式上,采用了B/S与C/S相结合的体系结构。在系统构架上,主要采用基于J2EE平台架构的三层体系结构,从客户层、中间层、数据存储层三个方面对用人单位、学生、教师和系统管理员进行了系统分配。同时,运用面向对象技术,结合就业推荐系统的实际情况,建立了基于Web的职业院校就业推介系统的Object-Oriented模型,设计了针对毕业生信息、用人单位信息的详细数据库。最后,对实现本系统的用户验证、利用DOM实现XML和数据库的交互、ADO存取数据库时的分页显示等技术进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of unconventional higher education, the number of students in institutions of higher learning substantial is growing year after year, so that our country collapsed into the stage of Higher Education. At the same time, college graduates increasingly prominent employment problem has become to speed up the development process of higher education can not be ignored. For college graduates, in-school period, due to the limited range of activities and can not receive more than a wide range of corporate employment information; for employing units, only through an interview, make a gesture, not a comprehensive understanding of the students in school during the all the performance, often can not find the talent they need. Therefore, the design of a quantitative college graduates recommendation system becomes very necessary. Not only for schools and teachers to grasp the overall situation of students, but also enables enterprises to choose the specific needs of graduates, providing a platform for communication between the two places are conducive to carry out the work of graduate employment.Of this system in the detailed analysis of the employment status of vocational colleges, based on the preliminary design of the job referral system. Full consideration of the practical system design, based on the actual situation to promote the employment of graduates, describing the system goals and overall operations, described the system of specific clients, as well as the core content and the needs analysis system is explained.
