【副题名】对新课程改革背景下的师生关系的多学科思考

【摘要】 师生关系作为新课程改革的枢纽,也一直是基础教育领域中的热点话题。从某种意义上说,教师是师生关系中的主导力量,教师权威又是关系的决定因素。换言之,基于新课程改革的师生关系的变革从根本上说首先是对教师的变革,对教师权威的变革。传统的师生关系过分强调教师中心地位,而忽视学生主体性。新课程改革后教师教学方式、学生观、课程观都发生很大改变,这些因素都会影响到教育的对象——学生,他们也会在学习方式、教师观、学习观等方面发生变化,因而师生关系也就发生变化了。本文将系统阐述新课程改革后对传统师生关系的影响。从新课程改革给教师群体、学生群体带来的变化,可以看出新课程改革这股浪潮让师生关系发生了翻天覆地的变化,师生关系由权威统治走向民主管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The teacher and student relationship took the new curriculum reforms key position, also always is in the elementary education domain hot spot topic.In a sense, the teacher is in the teacher and student relationship leading strength, the teacher authority also is the relational determining factor.In other words, the teacher and student relationship transformation which reforms based on the new curriculum fundamentally said first is to teacher’s transformation, to teacher authority’s transformation.The traditional teacher and student relations hip overemphasizes the teacher center status, but neglects student independence.After the new curriculum reforms the teacher teaching way, the student observes, the curriculum view has the very big change much, these factors can affect the education object--student, they also can in the study way, the teacher observe, aspects and so on study view change, thus the teacher and student relations also·occurred changes.This article is going to systematically elaborate the new curriculum reforms to the traditional teacher and student relationship influence.A new the curriculum reforms the change which for the teacher community, the student community brings, might see the new curriculum to reform this tide to let the teacher and student relations have the earth-shaking change, the teacher and student relationship which has ruled by the authority moves towards the democratic management.更多还原
