M公司的质量战略及质量体系分析

【摘要】 随着经济和科学技术的发展和全球化进程的不断深入,在中国正陆续涌现出大批以高科技为基础的、处于发展时期的科技型中小企业。如何在成长阶段,选择适合企业自身发展情况的质量管理战略,并建立与之相匹配的质量体系,从而保障公司的生存和未来长期稳定的发展,是众多科技型中小企业所普遍面临的难题之一。M公司是以研发和制造医药分析仪器为主的科技型中小企业。本文旨在通过研究M公司各个发展阶段所采取的质量战略和相应的质量体系实施效果着手,结合目前学者对中小型企业的研究成果和质量相关理论,探讨如何通过制定并实施合适的质量管理战略和质量体系来提升企业的市场竞争力。本文从战略制定和战略实施角度分别对M公司的质量管理现状进行了分析,并针对其质量战略的制定脱离了企业当时的总体发展战略,过于侧重产品生产制造环节而忽视了研发阶段的项目质量管理和质量成本控制等问题,提出了相应的改进建议。希望为科技型创业企业寻找适合自身的质量管理战略和质量体系提供参考和借鉴。本文共分五个章节,第一章归纳概括了目前科技型中小企业的质量管理问题。第二章研究总结了目前学者对中小型企业的分析成果和质量相关理论。第三章对M公司的质量管理现状进行了分析,归纳了目前存在的主要质量管理问题。第四章对M公司提出了调整质量战略,加强研发阶段项目质量管理和质量成本控制等改进建议。第五章总结了论文的研究成果和今后进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and scientific technology and the deepening of globalization, a large number of technology based SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) gradually emerge in China, whose foundation are based on new technology. How to select the quality management strategy that fits the growth of the enterprise and establish the quality system that can support the strategy to ensure long-term development is one of the critical problems commonly faced by SMEs.M company is a technology based SME, whose core business is developing and manufacturing pharmaceutical analysis equipment. This paper takes reference to the quality strategy and corresponding quality system of M company in different developing stages. In combined with the recent research results on SMEs and related quality management theories, this paper discusses the question how to enhance market competition capability by setting appropriate quality strategy and implementing quality system accordingly. By the analysis of the current situation of M Company on strategy setting and implementation, problems was found such as current quality strategy stays away from the corporate strategy, current quality strategy heavily focuses on high technology development and quality control in manufacturing, but neglects project management issue and quality cost control during R&D stage etc. This paper provides improvement actions upon those problems. Hopefully this paper can be used as reference for technology based SMEs that are looking for quality strategy and quality system suitable for the company.This paper is consisting of five chapters. Chapter one elaborates quality management problems now vexing SMEs. Chapter two lists recent research fruit on SMEs and related quality management theory. Chapter three analyses the current status of quality management of M company and sums up major problems existing in the system. Chapter four provides suggestions of improvement, including quality strategy adjustment, more involvement of quality in R&D projects and quality cost control. Chapter five summarizes the research fruit of this paper and further research direction in the future.更多还原
