【摘要】 本文运用教育学的相关理论,从国内外的相关研究入手,对前苏联、美国、英国、日本等国家的家长学校的办学理念、办学机制等方面进行了分析研究。从现代社会实际出发,对家长学校的相关概念重新做了界定,并且从教育学和心理学的视角寻求开办家长学校的相关理论依据。以南京市小学家长学校为个案,具体分析了家长学校的职能、任务、办学目标、教学形式以及存在的问题,详细探究了这些问题存在的原因。通过调查发现,家长学校的活动缺乏计划性和系统性,家长学校流于形式;从教育观念的认识来看,家校双方缺乏对家庭教育的正确认识,学校决策者意识的缺乏、教师态度消极、家庭教育的缺位,没有真正认识到家长学校在学生成长过程中的重要作用;活动形式简单化、形式化,从教育的现状来看,家长学校已经变成了教师的发布会或者简单的形式学习课,单向灌输多,双向交流少。文章有针对性地提出了家长学校问题解决的三方面的对策:一、系统安排,有序落实家长学校工作计划。组织编写专门的教材、配备专职的师资、定期举办专题讲座、分层培训家长。二、提高家长和教师对家长教育指导重要性的认识,转变教师的观念,提升教师开展家庭教育指导水平,提高家长对家庭教育的正确认识,组织各种形式的交流活动,加强家长与学校的联系。三、拓宽合作渠道,促进家长和学校良好合作。如亲子读书活动、家长开放日、家长参与学校管理以及召开各种主题活动等。文章强调,家长和教师是对学生施加影响的两个主要因素,家长学校是学校教育的重要基础和有机组成部分,办好家长学校是提高家长的教育水平和能力、提高教育质量的必要途径和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article uses the theory of pedagogy, take primary school parent’s school in Nanking City as individual cases, analyzed concretely existent problem of parent’s school in Nanking City. Investigated the reason of these problems existent in detail: The activity of parent’s school lacks the plan and system; The family and school both parties lack the right understanding to the home education from the education idea aspect; The activity of parent’s school lacks the plan and system. The articles by raising the targeted parents of school problems to solve the three-pronged approach: The article put forward three aspect measures in detail aimed at the problem of parent’s school: arrangement systematically and carry out the work plan of parent’s school in orderly; raise understanding of the importance parent and teacher to the parent’s education guide; expand channels of cooperation and promotion the co-operation of parents and schools. The article emphasizes that parent’s school are an important basis and organic components for the school education.更多还原
