磷酸锆钾型高温紫色陶瓷色料的研制

【摘要】 通过碳酸钾、磷酸氢二氨、氧化锆、氧化钴原料等引入的优化实验,初步研制了一种高温下呈鲜艳紫色的磷酸锆钾型陶瓷色料。该色料是一种新型的陶瓷色料,其色度指数为:L*=55.37,a*=18.52,b*=-30.56。磷酸锆钾型色料在高温下呈现鲜艳紫色的组成范围是:碳酸钾0.2~0.5mol、磷酸氢二氨3.0~3.1mol、氧化锆2mol、外加氧化钴5~8wt%。通过XRD、差热-热重曲线分析(TG-DTA)等测试手段研究分析表明:磷酸锆钾型色料呈现紫色是由于Co2+离子进入磷酸锆钾晶格部分取代Zr4+离子,从而生成KZr2-xCo2x(PO43所致。同时,氧化钴的加入量不能太多,因为Co2+离子进入磷酸锆钾晶格具有限性。保温时间对磷酸锆钾型色料呈色以及晶格畸变系数影响均不大。随着保温时间的延长,磷酸锆钾型色料中主晶相出现新物质磷酸氧锆,但并不对色料呈色产生影响。所以,此色料的保温时间为60min即可,不需要太长时间。对色料进行化学稳定性实验,同样证明发色离子已经很好地固溶进入磷酸锆钾晶粒中。

【Abstract】 Using potassium carbonate,ammonium phosphate,zironium dioxide,cobalt oxide as raw materials,a kind of potassium zirconium phosphate type ceramic pigments,which presents bright purple color at high temperature,is obtained through a series of optiumization experiments.It’s a novel type of ceramic pigments which shows color indensity data L*=55.37,a*=18.52,b*=30.56.This type of pigments which can present bright purple color at high temperature with its compositional ranges as follows: potassium carbonate 0.2~0.5mol,ammonium phosphate 3.0~3.1mol,zironium dioxide 2mol and cobalt oxide 5~8wt%.X-ray diffraction(XRD) and TG-DTA analysis show that potassium zirconium phosphate type ceramic pigments which present bright purple color is due to Co2+ partially replaced Zr4+ in potassium zirconium phosphate crystal lattice,accompanied by the formation of KZr2-xCo2x(PO43 phase.Meanwhile,owing to the solubility of Co2+ in potassium zirconium phosphate crystal lattice is limited,the content of cobalt oxide added may not be too much.The color indensity data and coefficient of crystal lattice distortion are hardly affected by soaking time.With extending soaking time,a new phase zirconyl phosphate is observed,but it dosen’t affect the color indensity data.So,the optimal soaking time was 60 minutes in this study.The chemical stability experiment also verified that chromogenic ion is solubilized in potassium zirconium phosphate crystal lattice.
