猪瘟、口蹄疫与蓝耳病疫苗单独和联合免疫后猪体抗体水平的变化

【摘要】 为了寻求多种疫苗联合注射的新型免疫程序,有效控制猪瘟、猪口蹄疫和高致病性猪蓝耳病疫情在榆林地区的发生和流行,根据陕西省动物疫病控制中心安排,在横山和米脂两县对140头猪随机分为7组,每组20头,采用猪瘟活疫苗(脾淋源)、猪口蹄疫灭活疫苗(O型Ⅱ)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(蓝耳病)灭活疫苗(NVDC-JXA1株)三种疫苗分别单独、两种及三种疫苗同时分点免疫注射,用ELISA法进行抗体水平检测,评价免疫效果。结果表明:1.CSF、FMD、PRRS三种疫苗都可以刺激猪产生特异性抗体,并且抗体在第21天、28天和35天呈规律性增长。2.CSF活疫苗与FMD、PRRS灭活疫苗分开和三者同时使用时,虽然FMD、PRRS疫苗推迟CSF抗体的上升时间,但是对CSF的免疫效果产生的影响不明显。3.PRRS与FMD灭活疫苗同时注射后,所产生抗体效价在21d、28d和35d均比单独注射PRRS灭活疫苗阳性率高,说明FMD灭活疫苗可对PRRS疫苗注射后有效抗体的产生达到积极协同作用,促进PRRS有效免疫抗体的产生,同时免疫CSF活疫苗和PRRS灭活疫苗的抗体水平低于单独注射PRRS灭活疫苗,说明共同免疫CSF和PRRS疫苗时,两种疫苗会相互影响,使免疫效果不如单独免疫。4.FMD和PRRS灭活疫苗同时注射后,FMD灭活疫苗所产生的抗体水平(OD)值最高,且一直呈上升趋势,优于FMD灭活疫苗单独注射所产生的抗体水平,说明FMD和PRRS疫苗同时注射,更能促进FMD抗体的产生。5.七个试验组样本数相同,免疫副反应没有明显差异,有7头猪在注射后6小时内有减食、体温升高,经注射肾上腺素后,恢复正常,其余均无明显副反应,因此三种疫苗任意组合注射,不会增加免疫副反应。

【Abstract】 To seek a new effective pattern of immune procedure and effectively control epidemic situation of classical swine fever (CSF), Swine Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) in Yulin district, according to arrangement of Shaanxi Animal Disease Control Center, 140 pigs was divided into 7 groups randomly, 20 pigs in each group. In immune experiment, we applied CSF live vaccine (spleen and lymph tissue origin), FMD inactivated vaccine (type O-Ⅱ) and PRRS inactivated vaccine (strain NVDC-JXA1) in style of punctiform infection with combinations of one, two and three of these three kinds of vaccines respectively and then detected with ELISA. Conclusion indicated:1. CSF, FMD and PRRS three kinds of vaccines all could stimulate pigs to produce specific antibody and antibody titer increased regularly on the 21st,28th and 35th day。2. When CSF, FMD and PRRS three kinds of vaccines applied separately and simultaneously, FMD and PRRS vaccines could affect rise time of CSF antibody, but effect for immune effectiveness generated was not obvious.3. When PRRS and FMD inactivated vaccines were injected simultaneously, the valence positive rate of antibody generated on the 21st,28th and 35th day was higher than the one of PRRS injected only at the same day respectively, that illustrated FMD inactivated vaccine had the positive synergistic effect for generating antibody after injecting PRRS vaccine and promoted generating of effective PRRS antibody. The antibody level of applying FMD inactivated vaccine and PRRS inactivated vaccine simultaneously was lower than the one injected PRRS alone, that illustrated when injected CSF and PRRS vaccine simultaneously, they could effected each other and make immune effect decline. 4. The antibody level of FMD inactivated vaccine was highest and with tendency of rise when injected FMD and PRRS simultaneously. That was higher than the antibody level of injecting FMD inactivated vaccine alone, indicated that injecting FMD and PRRS simultaneously could promote the generation of FMD antibody.’5. Between the groups, side effects of immunization were not obviously different.7 pigs’appetite reduced and body temperature increased after injection but retrieved to normal after injecting Adrenaline. So 3 kinds of vaccine could be injected in optional combination and no side effects of immunization increased
