【摘要】 在中国的改革开放已经实行了三十年的今天,各行各业都取得了长足的进步,尤其是建筑业从计划经济体制的桎梏下解脱出来,全面推行建筑行业市场化,在工程招投标、工程计价、施工项目管理方面都取得了一定的成绩,缩小了与国际水平的差距。为了提高整个建筑行业的管理水平及生产效率,国家出台了一系列政策大力推行建筑行业信息化,时间已经过去了一年多了,但并未达到理想的效果。本文作者通过对目前在建筑领域存在的阻碍信息化建设的各项因素进行分析,并结合目前在国外已经盛行,在国内也正处于起步阶段的BIM设计理念给建筑行业带来的冲击,提出了改变目前建筑行业管理模式落后、生产效率低下、资源浪费严重等不良现象的良方应该是从解决问题的根源——设计着手,推行BIM、VICO等国外科学先进的设计及项目管理方法,从根本上改变国内建筑行业的思想理念,探索适合中国国情的信息化发展模式。同时本文着重以五维项目管理软件对工程项目进行建模、三维效果显示、工程量信息汇总同步进行为例,为VICO技术在工程项目管理中的具体应用提供行之有效的理论、过程、方法及技术手段,为实际应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s reform and opening up three decades already in place today, all walks of life have made great strides, particularly in the construction industry from a planned economic system, freed under the yoke, the full implementation of market-oriented construction industry, in the project bidding, project valuation, construction project management have made some achievements, narrowing the gap between the international level. In order to improve the management level of the entire construction industry and production efficiency, the state promulgated a series of policies and vigorously promote the construction industry, information technology, the time has passed more than a year, but did not achieve the desired results. The author is currently in the construction field through the existence of obstacles to information technology analysis of the factors, combined with the current foreign countries has been prevalent in the country is also at the initial stage of the design concept of BIM to construction industry, the impact of the proposed a change management model is currently lagging behind the construction industry, production inefficiency and waste of resources and serious negative phenomena such as the prescription should be from the root of the problem - the design to start with the implementation of BIM, VICO and other foreign scientific and advanced design and project management methods, from the fundamentally change the domestic construction industry, ideas, exploring China’s national conditions of information development model. This article focuses on the same time, a five-dimensional project management software project modeling, three-dimensional results show that the amount of information aggregated in parallel projects, for example, for the VICO project management of technology in the specific applications of effective theories, processes, methods and technical means to provide a reference for practical applications.更多还原
