【摘要】 认证评估制度是日本高等教育改革向灵活性方向发展的措施之一,力图通过建立和实施认证评估制度,从高等教育体系内外两方面来施加压力,以此增强大学自身活力,促使其关注办学质量以及个性化发展的方向,从而在整体上促进高等教育质量的提高。这对于当前我国高等教育评估制度建设有一定的借鉴意义。本文首先回顾了日本高等教育评估制度产生的背景,追溯了日本高等教育评估的产生过程。接着重点介绍和阐述认证评估制度的形成过程及其的实施,概括出了认证评估制度的一些特征。在介绍我国高等教育评估发展过程的基础上,提出了对我国高等教育评估的几点建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Accreditation and review system is one of the measures to the reform of Japanese higher education in the direction of flexibility to develop. By the establishment and implementation of the accreditation system, try to from inside and outside to exert pressures on the higher education system, It will enhance the university’s vitality, make them pay more attention to the quality of education and particulary development direction In order to promote the overall quality of higher education. We may find some reference to China’s higher education accreditation system.This paper begins with a review of the Japan’s higher education accreditation’s background and emerge, Then focused on describing the accreditation and review system’s formation process and the implementation, and concluded some accreditation and review system’s features. on the basis of introducing the development of China’s higher education accreditation and review system at last give some proposals to Chinese accreditation and review on higher education.更多还原
