烟酸和维生素B1的离子色谱分析

【摘要】 经过三十多年的发展,离子色谱技术的应用越来越广泛。本文首先对离子色谱研究进展进行了综述,主要包括检测方法、仪器技术及离子色谱在生物医药分析方面的应用,引用文献77篇。第二章采用离子色谱直接电导法分离测定了烟酸中氯离子和硫酸根离子的含量。主要考察了流动相组成对分离检测的影响。三种离子的检测限在0.5000-2.500μg/mL之间,各组分回收率均在90%以上。第三章采用离子色谱紫外检测法分离测定维生素B1和碱式碳酸铋中的硝酸根离子含量。探讨了不同流动相组成对检测的影响。被测组份的峰面积与进样浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数达0.999以上,硝酸根检测限为2.000μg/mL,回收率分别为82.90%和96.17%。第四章采用反相离子对色谱法测定了维生素B1片剂中维生素B1的含量。考察了流动相组成、有机改进剂含量、离子对试剂浓度及pH值对色谱分离的影响。维生素B1线性相关系数为0.9997,检测限为20.00mg/L,回收率为104.5%。
【Abstract】 Through over thirty years’development, the ion chromatography has been used more and more widely. In the paper, a review of the recent progress of ion chromatography was given first, including detection methods, technology of the apparatus, and applications in biological medicine ananlysis of ion chromatography. Relative references are 77 pieces. Then, in the second chapter, a ion chromatography method of direct conductometric detection was established for the simultaneous determination of Cl- and SO42- in nicotinic acid. The effects of the composition of the mobile phase on seperating detection were chiefly investigated. The detection limits of the three ions are between 0.5 and 2.5μg/mL and the recoveries of the Cl-and SO42-are above 90%. In chapter 3, an ion chromatographic method using ultraviolet detection was proposed for the determination of NO3- in VitaminB1 and Bismuth Subcarbonate. The effect of different composition of mobile phases on detection was studied. The calibration graphs exhibit wide linear concentration ranges with correlation coefficients of better than 0.999 for all the components, the detection limit of NO3- is 2.0μg/mL and the recoveries are 82.90% and 96.17%, respectively. And in chapter 4, an ion chromatographic method using reversed phase ion-pair was proposed for the determination of VitaminB1 in Vitamin tablets. The effects of the composition of the mobile phase, content of organic solvent, concentration of the ion pair reagent and PH value on chromatographic separation were investigated. The linear correction coefficient of VitaminB1 is 0.9997, limit of detection is 20.00 mg/L and recovery is 104.5%.
