【副题名】以文化基础设施为研究视角

【摘要】 21世纪的中国进入到一个经济突飞猛进的时代,不论是城市还是农村,他们的经济都遇到了前所未有的机遇和挑战。在中国城乡经济发展的新形势下,人民群众对公共产品的需求越来越高。城市居民在公共产品供给方面得到了一定的满足,农村居民也应受到同等待遇,在公共产品供给均等化理念的指导下提出一些统筹城乡公共产品有效供给的对策是本文的主旨。我国是一个农业大国,有近80%的居民是农民。农村经济的发展,农民文化素质和思想道德的提高,对我国经济的发展和综合国力的增强都具有重大的作用。随着农村经济发展的日益加快,农民对公共产品的需求也不断提高,特别是丰富其精神文化生活的农村文化基础设施成为农民目前需求量较高的公共产品。对于大部分农民的需求,政府要及时有效地进行供给。特别政府职能和国家公共财政要实现从“重城轻农”向“城市支持农村”的转变。本文把文化基础设施作为一个研究视角,在这一研究视角下,围绕我国城乡公共产品供给存在的问题,对此进行解读,实现城乡公共产品供给的统筹发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chinese economy has been into a development era at very fast speed. No matter city or rural areas, their economy meets unprecedented opportunity and challenge. With the development of Chinese economy, the demand of people to public goods become more and more. The city inhabitant can be satisfied with public goods which they required, and the farmers should get the fair treatment. I will put forward some stratege to supply public goods from city and rural areas fairly under the guidance of the equalization of public goods supply in my thesis.China is a large agricultural country. Almost 80% people are inhabitants from rural areas. The development of village economy, and the increase of peasants cultural quality and thinking virtue are very important for the development of our country’s economy and the progress of comprehensive national strength. Rural area economy is developing fast, the demands of public goods from the peasants are increasing constantly, especially the culture infrastructure. Our government should supply the public goods which mostly peasants need in time. China government achieve the change from value city and the indifference the county to city supports rural areas. In the thesis, culture infrastructure will be an angle of view, under this view, this thesis will revolve around the problems which our country public goods exist, and will unscramble them to realize the balanceable development of public goods supply.更多还原
