【摘要】 改革开放以来,随着社会主义民主政治的不断推进,我国农村的村民自治也在日益完善。作为农民自我服务、自我教育、自我管理的基层群众自治组织,村民自治这种治理方式在一定程度上推动了乡村基层民主。但在村民自治实施过程中,也不同程度的存在相当严重的妇女性别歧视现象。目前,中国农村女性占人口的半数以上,因此在村民自治的进程中,消除性别歧视,推动农村妇女广泛的政治参与,不仅是社会主义民主的题中应存之义,也是衡量妇女地位和社会文明的重要尺度。本论文结合所学的政治社会学、女性心理学、女性社会学相关理论和知识,对村民自治中妇女性别歧视现象进行剖析,并就产生这一现象的原因,从经济、文化、制度、妇女自身方面进行揭示。在此基础上就如何消除村民自治中的妇女性别歧视,促进妇女政治参与,推动农村基层民主政治的发展提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous improvement of socialist democratic politics, Chinese villagers’ autonomy is increasingly perfect since the reform and opening up. The administration of villagers’ autonomy for grassroots’ self-service, self-education, and self-management promotes the rural grassroots democracy to some extent. But in the process of implementation of villagers’ autonomy, Women’s gender discrimination appears widely in various degrees. At present, China’s rural women account for more than half of the population, so in the process of villagers’ autonomy, eliminating gender discrimination and promoting rural women’s political participation are not only the socialist democracy kept in righteousness but also the important measure of weighting women’s status and social civilization. This essay combines relative theories and knowledge, such as political sociology, female psychology, and female sociology and analyzes this phenomenon of Women’s gender discrimination from the reason, economy, culture, institution, and women’s own respective. I put forward some proposals on the basis of how to eliminate the women’s gender discrimination in the villagers’ autonomy, how to promote women’s political participation, and how to push forward the development of rural grassroots democracy.更多还原
