【摘要】 本试验首次从养猪场污泥中筛选出一株高效脱硫菌株污泥-4,并对其生长条件和性质进行了研究,测定其16SrDNA序列并进行鉴定;然后以普通竹炭A、B和改性竹炭K作为载体,采用包埋法和吸附法将此菌固定化,进行处理养猪场污水的试验;最后对处理过污水后的菌炭复合物进行了植物的遗传毒性研究。结果表明:筛选出的污泥-4菌种与副凝聚短状杆菌的相似性达99.9%;吸附法制备的菌炭复合物对污水的处理效果优于包埋法制备出的小球。每150 ml污水水样中添加5 g的B菌炭复合物处理时效果优于A和K菌炭复合物;将5 g的B菌炭复合物和5 gK菌炭复合物混合处理污水水样时效果更佳,2 d可将污水水样中的硫化物含量由2.52 mg·L^-1降低至0.35 mg·L^-1;5 d可将处理水样的COD值由原样的3800降低至180,远低于国家畜禽养殖污水排放标准（GB18596-2001）。在珍珠岩中添加20%以内处理污水后的K菌炭复合物或者30%以内处理污水后的B菌炭复合物时,对蚕豆不会造成明显的遗传损伤,其微核率与蒸馏水处理组的微核率没有显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently, the Sewage Treatment become a serious problom of Water Treatment in China. In this article, we screen out a Desulfurizing Bacreria called Wuni-4,study it’s favorable condition for growth and some Physical&Chemical characteristics,and determine its 16SrDNA sequence for strain Appraisal. After then we used Immobilized Microorganism Technology to make the Wuni-4 Bacreria Immobilized on A&B-Bamboo Charcoal and K-Bamboo Charcoal form as Immobilization Ball and Immobilization Complex used in Sewage Treatment. At last,we detect the genetic damage of Immobilization Complex to Vicia faba. The Research showed that:The strain of Wuni-4 is 99.9% likely with Brachybacterium paraconglomeratum. The Immobilization Complex used in Sewage Treatment is better than Immobilization Ball. When we put 5 g B-Immobilization Complex in 150 ml Wastewater Sample, the treatment result is well; when put 5 g B-Immobilization Complex and 5 g K-Immobilization Complex at one time in 150 ml Wastewater Sample,the Treatment result is more better,it could recede the amount of Sulfur in Wastewater Sample from 2.52 mg·L^-1 to 0.35 mg·L^-1 in 2d;and recede the COD of Wastewater Sample from 3800 to 180 in 5 d to reach the standard of GB18596-2001 . When we mixed 20% K-Immobilization Complex used in Sewage Treatment or 30% B-Immobilization used in Sewage Treatment in perlite to turn out Vicia faba, there caused little Genetic hurt to Vicia faba; just like water.更多还原
