集散控制系统数据采集模块设计

【摘要】 如今,随着工业生产规模的日益扩大,集散控制系统(DCS)在工业过程控制领域的应用越来越广泛,已经成为控制领域的主流。而且集散控制系统属于不断发展的控制系统,很多新技术的应用都推动着它的发展。随着现场总线技术和工业以太网的迅速发展和应用,集散控制系统呈现出了新的模式和结构,即集散控制系统与现场总线技术及工业以太网相结合,发展成为一种新型的集散控制系统,使其具有了更强的实用性和竞争力。本课题在深入了解了当前国内外集散控制系统的发展现状后,以C8051F020单片机为核心,设计了一种可用于工业领域的数据采集模块,包含对采集板(下位机)及显示板(上位机)的软硬件设计。在采集板中设计了8路模拟量输入通道,可采集0~5V、4~20mA标准信号和K热电偶输出信号。采集板还包括8路开关量输入、8路开关量输出、2路模拟量输出通道。除此之外,本文还设计了一种基于FPGA的高速串行接口模块,具有双通道冗余的特点。通过此接口,采集板和显示板间可以以2.5Mbit/s的速率进行通讯,克服了使用一些厂家生产的现场总线接口模块造成系统成本过高的缺点。通过通讯总线而不是大量电缆将现场多个被测量采集后集中送到上位机,具有较高的灵活性。本课题用C语言编制出显示板和采集板的程序,包括显示板循环显示程序及采集板采集程序。并根据本课题所设计的高速串行口软硬件冗余的特点,开发出显示板和采集板之间的通信软件。
【Abstract】 Nowadays, the industrial product line increases ceaselessly. The Distributed Control System (DCS) has been applied more and more widely and has become the mainstream in the controlling field. As a developing system, applications of many new technologies promote the development of Distributed Control System. Along with the rapid applications of Fieldbus technology and Industrial Ethernet, there are new modol and structure for The Distributed Control System. That is, it combines with Fieldbus technology and Industrial Ethernet, and beomes more practicality and competitive.After In-depth understanding of the current domestic and foreign development of distributed control system, based on the C8051F020 microprocessor, the thesis designed a data acquisition module that can be used in industrial areas, Includes the hardware and software design of acquisition board and display board. There are 8 analog input channels in the acquisition board, it can collecte 0~5V, 4~20mA standard signal and the output signal of K Thermocouple. The acquisition board also includes the channels of 8 digital input, 8 digital output, 2 analog output. In addition, the thesis also designed a high-speed serial interface module based on FPGA.This interface has the characteristic of dual-channel redundancy. Through this interface, the acquisition board and the display board was able to communication in the rate of 2Mbit/s, Overcoming the high-cost shortcoming that caused by using fieldbus interface module of a number of manufacturers. Instead of using a large number of cables, the acquisition board send the datas to the display board simultaneously through the communication bus, so it has high flexibility.The thesis designed the software of acquisition board and display board with C language. It includes a cycle display program of the display board and a data collection program of the acquisition board. According to the characteristic of the redundant high-speed serial interface, the thesis designed the communication software.
