煤水混合物的处理回用研究

【摘要】 随着我国原煤入选率的提高,煤水混合物已成为煤炭生产部门的主要污染物;本文结合国内、外煤水混合物的处理现况,以阜新矿区五龙矿煤水混合物为例,进行处理回用研究。通过对煤水混合物中pH值和悬浮物、SO42-、Ca2+、Mg2+等浓度的测定,根据常用混凝剂的性质,选择聚合氯化铝(英文名:PAC)、聚合硫酸铁(英文名:PFS)、聚丙烯酰胺(英文名:PAM)和硫酸铝[Al2(SO4)3]四种混凝剂,进行混凝实验研究。先单独投加PAC、PFS和PAM三种混凝剂,观察实验现象,并得出结论;根据结论,将PAC、PFS、Al2(SO4)3分别与PAM复合,进行混凝实验研究,得出使用不同复合剂时的最优方案;最后,针对同一水质指标,比较三种复合剂在最优方案时的混凝效果,确定最佳复合剂。采用管道混合器和水力旋流器联合形成一套工艺流程,实现煤与水的分离。基于清洁生产理论,从经济效益、环境效益和社会效益三个角度对新的工艺进行评价。

【Abstract】 As selection rate of raw coal increases in our nation, Coal-water mixture has been the main pollutants of Coal production sector. In this paper, combined with the current situation of domestic and foreign coal-water mixture, Wulong coal-water mixture in Fuxin city was taken as an example to be researched.According to determining the pH value and concentration of suspended solids、SO42-、Ca2+、Mg2+ . PAC, PFS ,PAM and Al2(SO4)3 were coagulated to study .First , adding PAC, PFS and PAM three coagulant and observing phenomenon, conclusion was obtained . According to the conclusions, the PAC, PFS, Al2 (SO4)3 seperately composite with PAM. Finally, for the same water quality objectives, Comparing the coagulation effect of three programs , the optimum combination could be determined.Pipeline mixer and water cyclone were adopted and formed a joint process to separate the coal and water. Basing on the theory of Cleaner Production, from the economic, environmental and social benefits of the three perspective, the new process was evaluated.
