【摘要】 诚实守信是中华民族的传统美德,是每个公民必需具备的道德素质,早在春秋时代思想家孔子就提出了“民无信不立”。对个人而言,没有诚信就无以立身,对社会而言,没有诚信就无从进步。步入21世纪,随着地球村的出现,世界各国联系越来越紧密,诚信成为国家和个人树立形象的决定性因素。发达国家均建立了社会信用档案或评价体系,用以监督政府、企事业单位、社会团体组织以及个体的信用水平,且十分重视对人的诚信教育。我国也十分重视公民的诚信教育。然而近年来,随着改革开放的不断深化,社会主义市场经济体系逐步建立,人民生活水平不断提高,受经济成分和经济利益多样化、社会生活方式多样化等因素的影响,人们的价值观受到了严重的冲击,社会上制假贩假现象日益突出,出现了严重的诚信危机。这种现象逐渐蔓延到社会的各个角落,诚信危机在高校中也有不同程度的反应,使得我国高校大学生诚信教育遭到严峻挑战。因此,深入分析研究当代大学生诚信危机的原因,建立科学的高校学生诚信评价体系已成为我国高校德育教育的一项重要课题,这对于学校的发展、学生个人的成长乃至对整个社会的推动和促进都有着重要的作用。本文即在对相关研究文献和成果进行梳理的基础上,尝试建立了一套高校学生诚信评价体系,具体研究内容如下:首先,论文从高校学生诚信评价的国内外研究现状入手,分析了其发展历程、特点及不足之处,提出论文的主要研究内容与研究思路。在对高校学生诚信评价体系的相关概念进行梳理的基础上,深入分析高校学生诚信评价的内涵及其内容、原则、途径和方法,从而为构建高校学生诚信评价体系奠定了理论基础。其次,构建高校学生诚信评价体系并选择适宜的实施方法。在构建高校学生诚信评价体系方面,通过分析构建评价体系的理论依据以及原则,确定了高校学生诚信评价的指标体系并对其构成进行详细的阐释。在评价体系的实施方面,结合科学的实施原则,设计了较为科学的学生诚信评价的实施办法。最后,根据高校已具备了诚信评价系统实施基础的特点,文章构建了一个高校学生诚信评价系统,通过系统来评价和管理学生的诚信信息,并以案例对系统进行了测试和分析。同时,在前文的基础上,笔者探讨了建立和完善高校学生诚信评价体系的对策建议和措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Honesty and faithfulness are traditional virtue of the Chinese nation and essential moral quality every citizen possessed. In the early spring period, Confucius, philosopher had put forward" Man can’t exist without honesty". For individual part, no honesty, no existence. The same to society, no honesty, no existence. Entering the 21st century with the coming of earth village, the connecting between every nation becomes more and more inseparable. Honesty becomes the crucial element about setting up image by nation and person. The all developed countries establish social faithfulness archive or evaluating system, which is used to supervise government, enterprise, social organization and individual honest level. These countries pay more attention to individual honest education. Our country also attaches importance to honest education. However, recently, honest crisis becomes more and more serious with the continual deepening of reforming and opening to the outside world, the establishing of socialist market economic system step by step and the continual improving of life level. People’s value judgment measure is lashed seriously by the diversity of economic composition and benefit and social life style, The phenomenon of making and trading fake is more and more obvious and brings about severe honest crisis. This phenomenon spreads to everywhere in society so gradually that collegiate honesty education face more challenge, consequently, analyzing and researching the situation of contemporary undergraduate’s honest crisis, and establishing scientific honest evaluating system to undergraduate have become a more important subject for collegiate moral education. It has more important effect to the development of college, the growing of undergraduate and the promoting to all the society. On the base of studying related literature and achievement, I make an attempt to establish a set of honest evaluating system to college. The concrete studying content is as follows:Firstly, in my thesis, I analyze the developing process, character and disadvantage from the present studying situation of collegiate honest evaluating. Then, I put forward main studying situation content and thinking. On the basis of studying collegiate honest system, analyzing the connotation, content, principle, approach and method can establish theory foundation of building collegiate honest evaluating system.Secondly, I try to form collegiate honest evaluating system and choose suitable implementing method. In respect of establishing the system of evaluation of the honesty for college students, I define the target system and also give the detail explanation about how to consist. For the aspect of implementing, I design more scientific implementing flow of evaluation of the honesty for college students.Finally, according to the actualize basal characteristics of the system of evaluation of the honesty for college students, this essay builds a system of evaluation of the honesty for college students, evaluating and managing the students’ honesty information, and testing and analyzing the system with cases. Contemporarily, on the basis of preamble, the penman discusses the countermeasure advice and measure on building and consummating the system of evaluation of the honesty for college students.更多还原
