【摘要】 在经济全球化条件下,区域经济一体化已经在全球很多区域内,各自形成,不断发展。在主权国家内部的地区层面上,推进经济一体化的初期,更多的表现为经济区域合作。近年来,我国在东、中、西部地区全面的区域经济合作及协调发展的基础上,出现了长三角、珠三角、环渤海等次级区域经济合作,并取得了一定的成效。西部地区在新一阶段的开发中,借鉴以上区域合作的经验和教训,结合对自身比较优势和现实状况的分析,加强区域内部合作,培育优势产业增长极,发挥区域整体效应,从而成功的承接东部地区的产业梯度转移,以实现经济、社会的全面发展。本文分为四个部分,第一部分对开展西部区域内经济合作,构建西部区域内经济增长极和经济带、经济圈的背景和现实意义进行分析。第二部分通过对区域经济合作以及相关的理论的梳理和研究,为西部区域内经济合作的开展提供了坚实的理论基础。第三部分对西部地区的要素赋存状况、要素流动机制、比较优势产业和政府作用等经济合作条件进行了全面细致的分析研究,为西部区域内经济合作模式的选择提供了可靠的现实基础。第四部分,也是文章的重点部分,在比较分析国际国内其他地区的区域经济合作模式的基础上,提出了适宜西部地区的经济合作模式,即政府主导下的开放型产业协同合作模式,强调建立区域统一市场、促进要素自由流通、各类企业开展专业化分工协作、政府有力的宏观调控等方面的内容;合作开展的同时,在空间布局方面,以经济中心和河流流域、铁路沿线等为依托,发展西部区域内的经济合作带和经济合作圈,从而提高西部整体优势和发展潜力,改变西部在高一级区域分工合作中的劣势地位;最后分析了西部区域内经济合作对促进西部整体发展的推动作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the conditions of economic globalization, Regional economic integration has been formed and unceasingly developed in many regions of the world. At the district level of a sovereign state, the regional economic integration is characterized originally by promoting the performance of regional economic cooperation. In recent years, on the basis of comprehensive regional economic cooperation and coordinated development of China’s eastern, central and western regions , the Yangtze River Delta region, the Pearl River Delta, Bohai Rim, and other sub-regional economic cooperation has been carried out, and achieved certain results. By studying the experiences and lessons of those regions mentioned above, the western region should learn to put forward regional cooperation in the new phase of development. In light of its own comparative advantages and the positive analysis of situations, western region should also strengthen intra-regional cooperation, foster growth poles in ascendant industries, exert the overall effects of regions, undertake industrial gradient shift from the eastern regions and then consequently achieve economic and social development.This paper is divided into four sections. The first part analyzes the backgrounds and practical significances of economic cooperation in western region and the construction of the western region economic growth poles, economic districts and economic circles in western region. The second part provides a solid theoretical basis for the western regional economic cooperation, through the analysis and research of the economic cooperation and relevant theories. The third part starts with detailed and thorough analysis of the factor endowment, element flow mechanism, the comparative advantages of industries and the government role in economic cooperation, as well as other conditions of the western region, which grants reliable foundations helping with the choice of the western regional economic cooperation model. Part IV, as the focus of the article, based on the comparative analysis of domestic and international areas of regional economic cooperation model, proposes a suitable mode of economic cooperation for the western region, which is a open industry cooperation model dominated by government; While carrying out cooperation, on the space layout, the economic cooperation belts and circles should be developed in order to enhance the overall advantages and potentials of the western region. Finally, it analyzes the contributions the regional economic cooperation makes to the overall development of the western region.更多还原
