【副题名】基于对凉州区H村问卷调查的分析

【摘要】 社会秩序何以可能?是社会学探讨的一个经典而永恒的主题。改革开放以来,中国社会变迁的一个突出表现就是社会各方面发生了剧烈、持续和深刻的转型。我国几千年文化传统的独特性与当前社会转型的特殊性,决定了信任在人们的社会活动中发挥着重要的作用,这在客观上要求我们加强对信任的研究。许多学者提出,要研究当今我国的社会状况,首先要研究我国的农村社会,这是认识我国社会的基础。本文立足于我国社会变迁的时代背景,以某一农村社区为研究场域,以实地调查研究资料为内容,分析了转型期间农村社区的信任状况以及社区信任状况不良对村委会功能的影响。通过对H村实地调查资料的分析,本文认为农村社区中的信任状况不容乐观:特殊信任衰退,普遍信任下滑,制度信任模糊。对导致农村社区信任状况下滑的原因分析时,基于问卷调查的结果,分别从经济、社会、制度、文化以及个体等五个纬度展开分析。同时,农村社区信任状况的整体下滑,也影响了社区中村委会正常功能的发挥,也使原来由信任担负的功能不能发挥,其所产生的真空状态被能提供相似功能的替代品所替代,这些替代品的存在又进一步影响了村委会功能的发挥。农村社区信任状况的不容乐观以及对村委会功能发挥所产生的影响,迫切需要建构农村社会信任,否则,很可能导致更高层次的社会整合迟迟难以实现。然而,信任建构是一个复杂而漫长的过程,需要从多方面展开。因此,本文在现有资料分析的基础上认为,应该从增加农民收入,加强社区信任文化等方面探索建构适应社会转型的现代农村社区信任。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is an eternal and classic topic for sociology to probe how social order comesinto being. Since in the times of the Reform and Opening, one of the outstandingchanges in China lies in the acute, continual and profound shift in every aspect ofsocial life. The characteristic of thousand-year cultural tradition and the uniqueness oftransition in current society make people attach the importance to trust in socialactivities, which objectively demands more researches on trust. Many researchers sayif we plan to study the current state in China, rural society should be studied, which isthe basis for the recognition of Chinese society.Setting the times of transition as background, a rural community as researchdomain and materials collected from the spot as research contents, the presentresearch analyzes the state of trust in rural community and influences on VillageCommittee, which caused by undesirable state of trust in rural community during thetimes of transition.By the analysis of materials collected from H village, the present research holdsthat the state of trust in rural community is not optimistic: particular trust is declined;universal trust is gliding and there is no systematic trust. As the causes of decline intrust in rural areas, the study will analyze in detail from five aspects: economy,society, system, culture and individual, on the basis of survey. Meanwhile, theundesirable state in rural community also affects the function of village committee.Since the decline of trust fails the function of trust itself, and then the vacant state isreplaced with other substitute which has similar function, which further has effect onthe function of village committee.The pessimistic state of trust in rural community and the negative influence onvillage committee presses for the reconstruction of trust. Otherwise, it may lead to thefailure of more advanced social recombination. However, it is a long way toreconstruct trust and needs much work. Therefore, as far as the materials collectedconcerned, the present research tries to discuss how to construct modern rural trust community which is consistent with current times of transition from following aspects,such as increase in peasant’s incomes and strengthening construction culture of socialtrust, and so on.更多还原
