自调整角度机系统设计与分析研究

【摘要】 随着现代工业技术的发展,企业对于生产线的效率和产量要求不断提高。各种新技术和新设备在生产线中的应用越来越广泛,这使得工业生产线的自动化程度越来越高,以逐步代替那些繁琐的、工作环境恶劣或者精度要求较高人为操作较难实现的生产工艺过程。自调整角度机系统的设计正是出于此种目的,对于提高生产精度和效率以及改善工艺是很有必要的。本文主要成功进行了自调整角度机机械结构设计、硬件设计以及软件程序设计。机械结构部分主要根据研磨夹具和自调整角度机动作要求进行了方案确定和结构本体设计;硬件设计主要包括控制系统PLC单元的选取以及PLC控制单元和伺服电机单元的端口设计和电子电路设计;控制系统软件设计主要包括依据选取的电气元件和自调整角度机机械结构进行系统控制程序的编写。系统所采用PLC对单伺服电机进行控制,基本可以满足生产工艺要求,保证系统的可靠性。其次采用计算机辅助分析,基于ANSYS软件对某些关键元件进行了有限元分析,包括对所调节夹具中的弹性元件的有限元分析,以及对自调整角度机中的柔性调整元件的有限元分析,为夹具的角度变形以及自调整角度机误差分析提供了理论依据。最后,在初期的调试和测试当中,对自调整角度机进行了角度调整精度测试和分析,结果满足要求。同时,对自调整角度机的定位误差和角度测量原理进行了简要说明和分析。

【Abstract】 With the development of modern industry technology, corporations raise the levels of production efficiency and high yield continuously. The applying of new technology and new equipment to production line is becoming more and more widely, which is made the quantities of roboticized production line enlarged more faster than ever before. All these are going to substitute those production process that are bothering, bad working environment and unable to achieve the higher precision process by manual operations. The aim of designing Auto Angle Adjusting machine is just for this, which is very necessary for improving production precision and efficiency as long as the production process.In this paper, the mechanical structure of auto angle adjusting machine and its hardware and software system are successfully designed. Firstly, mechanical structure design is completed including the identification of structure scheme and sample design basing on the fixture and process requirement; hardware design includes choosing of PLC components, I/O port design for PLC controller and servo motor controller choosing and circuit design; in the control system the main content is PLC program writing according electrical components and mechanical structure. In this system, PLC controlling single servo motor is applied, which could satisfy the production process requirement and ensure system reliability. Secondly, Computer Aided Engineering is applied to carry out verification basing on the software ANSYS to do some finite element analysis, including the analysis for the spring slice of the adjusted fixture structure and the flexible adjusting part of auto angle adjusting machine, which provides the theoretics foundation for fixture angle changing and the error analysis of Auto Angle Adjusting machine. Finally, during the initial debugging and testing, the precision of angle adjusting is analyzed and the results are successful. At the same time there is a brief analysis for angle testing theory and locating error during angle adjusting.
