O形金属橡胶密封件性能分析及应用研究

【摘要】 金属橡胶材料密封性能研究是金属橡胶技术领域的一个重要研究方向。因为金属橡胶材料具有工作温度范围大、耐腐蚀、弹性好、耐辐射、结构性能具有可设计性等特点,所以金属橡胶材料密封构件在航空、航天领域等特种工况下具有广阔的应用前景。本文的研究揭示了金属橡胶材料的温度特性,并结合某科研院所提出的对大温差环境下气体密封的具体需求,对金属橡胶O形结构密封圈的密封机理进行了理论分析与实验研究。本文根据实际工况提出的密封圈工作温度和具体参数要求,综合分析了密封功能对材料的要求,以及材料在特定工作条件下与密封性能的关系,确定了密封圈以金属橡胶材料作弹性元件,其外部包覆聚四氟乙烯的复合结构形式。设计了密封圈的具体结构,确定了主要结构参数,编制了金属橡胶密封弹性元件制备工艺和聚四氟乙烯外皮的包覆工艺,成功的制作出了金属橡胶氟塑料复合型密封圈。本文以金属橡胶为各向同性材料的假设为基础,理论上推导了金属橡胶材料的线膨胀系数与金属的线膨胀系数的关系,并进行了相关的实验研究。获得了金属橡胶材料线膨胀系数随温度的变化规律,分析了影响膨胀系数的主要因素。本文建立了金属橡胶密封圈在工作过程中的计算模型。推导出了最大压力传递系数的公式,并通过橡胶材料O形圈验证了公式的准确性。对金属橡胶材料O形圈的最大压力传递系数进行了分析,得到了金属橡胶密封圈压力传递系数的变化趋势,分析了金属橡胶O形密封圈的密封机理。课题是国家自然科学基金资助项目“金属橡胶构件内部微观组织结构对其性能影响的机理及其应用基础研究”(项目号:50675042)的一部分。

【Abstract】 Hermetical performance of metal rubber (MR)material is a significant topic of MR research. With a large working temperature range, preservative character, good flexibility, radiation protection, and well adoption to structure design, MR can be greatly used in aviation, which is under especially rigorous working conditions. Temperature performance of MR is presented. Theoretical analyses and experimental study on O-type sealing ring are performed based on the large temperature variation, which is presented by one Institute.The real working condition has its special working temperature range and other parameters, combination hermitical demand under these conditions, MR elastic component covered with polytetrafluoroethylene composite construction is designed. Detailed construction, main contracture parameters and manufacture process of MR elastic component and polytetrafluoroethylene cover are presented. Based on those works, sealing ring samples are successfully fabricated.Assume that MR is isotropic material, coefficients of linear expansion infer relationship between MR and metal is deduced and theoretical and experimental results are gained respectively. From the date, main contributing factors are made known.This article gives the computation model of MR sealing ring under some working conditions and the maximal force transfer coefficient is deduced. Experimental study on O-type sealing rings proved its validity. Based on this study of maximal force transfer coefficient, coefficient variety trend and sealing mechanism of O-type sealing ring are gained.This investigation is part of“Fundamental research and application on the effect of metal rubber component interior micro structure to its performance”which is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (No.50675042).
