防腐阻燃型玻璃鳞片/环氧涂料的性能研究

【摘要】 文章采用双酚A型环氧树脂E-44、固化剂端氨基聚醚D-400和玻璃鳞片、锌粉等填料,制备了一种厚浆型涂料。通过红外扫描图分析出,环氧E-44和固化剂D-400以质量比为100:45配比固化后,环氧树脂中的环氧基团固化完全,涂层中不存在环氧基团933.81cm-1的吸收峰。通过示差扫描量热仪测试固化体系在不同升温速率下的固化反应,计算拟合数据,制订出固化体系的最佳固化温度等工艺参数。体系的反应活化能Ea为57.722 kJ/mol,反应级数n为1.116。最佳固化程序为底漆,一层面漆和二层面漆70℃下各30min,三层面漆110℃下固化1小时。通过交流阻抗测试研究了固化剂和无机填料对环氧涂料的防腐性能的影响。研究结果表明,环氧树脂E-44与固化剂端氨基聚醚D-400以质量比为100:45的比例固化后的漆膜,抗渗透性最佳。在富锌底漆上覆盖玻璃鳞片含量为30%的面漆,当涂有三层面漆,厚度达到500μm以上,有更好的抗渗透耐腐蚀性能。用氧指数仪和水平垂直燃烧仪测定了涂料的阻燃性能。数据表明,涂料极限氧气指数为38%,垂直燃烧达V-0级。此涂料没有用到对人体有害或污染环境的阻燃剂,仍能达到良好的阻燃效果,对此类型涂料在阻燃性能方面作出了新的研究尝试。并且测试显示端氨基聚醚固化剂对双酚A型环氧树脂确实起到了良好的增韧作用,并且贡献了一定的阻燃作用;但无机填料玻璃鳞片会使涂层的硬度上升,对韧性有很大的影响。
【Abstract】 A coating was prepared by epoxy resin E-44, curing agent Amine-Terminated Polyethers D-400 and inorganic filling, such as glass flake ,zinc and so on .It could be seen from the IR that it is cured completely for the mass ratio of epoxy resin E-44 and curing agent Amine-Terminated Polyethers D-400 was 100 to 45. The curing reaction kinetics characterized by the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), Ea was 57.722 kJ/mol, n was 1.116. And the curing system was heated at 70℃for 30min, and then cured at 110℃for 1 h.And the AC resistance of the coating films was measured by EIS, so the corrosion states of all the coatings films were tested. The effect of the curing agent and the inorganic filling to the properties of the anti-corrosion was studied.Fire retardance and michanical of the coating films were discussed, the results showed that the properties of the anti-corrosion of the coating that had 3-layer top-coat containing 30% glass flake upon the zinc base-coat can be improved significantly and fire retardance was tested that the limited oxygen index (LOI) was 38% and UL 94 was V-0. The coating had the good effectiveness of fire proofing without the fire retardance which are harmful to people or pollute environment. The study made a new tentative on the property of fire retardance of this kind of coating. And the curing agent Amine-Terminated Polyethers D-400 flexibilizer the epoxy resin E-44 greatly, norganic filling glass flake would increase the hardness of the coating film and effected the flexibility.
