银催化剂工业侧线评价装置DCS控制系统

The Automation Design and Development of Silver Catalyst Appraising Plant Basing on the Commercial EO/EG Plant

【摘要】 银催化剂工业侧线评价装置采用工业装置实际反应条件对新型银催化剂进行评价实验,能够获得准确的新型银催化剂的实际应用性能数据,从而保证新型银催化剂在工业装置上的成功应用。本课题结合银催化剂工业侧线评价装置自动化设计开发与实际应用,着重研究了以下几个问题:1、银催化剂工业侧线评价装置反应器温度控制系统设计与工程实现方法。笔者对该系统提出三种策略及其具体工程实现方法,分别是手动选择控制策略、自动选择控制策略和带模糊PID控制器的超驰控制策略。仿真对比性试验证明,带有模糊PID控制器的超驰控制系统,保障安全,控制品质优,鲁棒性好,是最优的控制方案。2、空速控制和致稳方式切换控制的算法及其工程实现方法。本文通过对先进仪表和多参数运算功能的研究和应用,实现了银催化剂工业侧线带流量计冗余的空速的测量和控制,为自控系统提供了监控这些间接参数的一双“眼睛”。致稳方式的切换及流量控制算法设计,丰富了该装置的控制手段,使该装置具有更强的仿真和评价性能。3、报警、连锁和停车系统的设计和具体工程实现。通过对工艺流程的深入理解及现场实际情况的汇总,基于Centum CS3000系统,完成了报警、连锁和停车系统的设计和具体工程实现。4、DCS与工业质谱仪基于MODBUS协议的串行通讯。在银催化剂工业侧线评价装置上,利用MODBUS协议的RS-485串行通讯方式,运用一条数据通讯线实现了DCS控制系统与工业在线质谱仪之间的信号通讯数字化。并且成功运用独特的双寄存器存储数据技术,提高DCS控制系统与工业在线质谱仪两套系统之间数据传输准确性、稳定性和可靠性。实现了DCS控制系统对装置各系统的统一监控、管理等功能,提高了装置的自动化水平和管理水平。本文设计的催化剂工业侧线评价装置是一套功能完备、操作灵活可靠、自动化控制水平较高的评价装置,能够自动完成对银催化剂的评价及数据处理,实现了评价装置的综合自动化。银催化剂工业侧线装置一次开车成功,目前运行平稳,该装置的投用,对高活性银催化剂的研制开发和工业推广应用具有重要作用。

【Abstract】 Silver catalyst industry side line appraisal plant simulats the real industry plants and appraise the capability of new brand silver catalyst based on industry EO/EG plant, so that it can insure the new brand silver catalyst used in commercial plant successfully.This paper research as follows though working on the automation design and development of silver catalyst appraising plant basing on the commercial EO/EG plant:1st, silver catalyst industry side line appraisal plant reactor temperature control system design. The author to this system proposed three optimized strategies and the concrete project realization methods, they are manual selection control, automatic selection control and the override control system based on fuzzy PID controller. According to progress of actual production and relative simulating experiments, the override control system based on fuzzy PID controller can safeguard security, control better and its robustness is better. So, the third plan is the most superior control plan.2nd, the reactor current velocity with the flow meter redundancy control system and the selection and control system of N2 and CH4 are designed. Through the research and the application of advanced measuring appliance and the multi parameter operation function, we realized the control of reaction current velocity and provided the method of monitoring the indirect parameters. The design of selection and control system of N2 and CH4 enriched this equipment control methods, enable this equipment to have a stronger simulation and the appraisal performance.3rd, Alarm、interlock and shutdown system has designed and the paper showed the method of concrete project realization. Through the researching of technical process and dangers compiling, the paper offered the application method of alarming、interlock and shutdown system based on Centum the CS3000 system.4th, Serial communication between DCS and industry mass spectrum based on MODBUS protocol has realized. We utilized a RS-485 data transmission line realize signal communication digitization, and successfully utilized unique double register technology, it can ensure the accuracy, stability and reliability of data transmission.This automation design of silver catalyst industry side line appraisal plant is a set of complete functions, nimble and reliable operation and high automation control level .It can complete the silver catalyst appraisal and the data processing automatically, so, it realized the appraisal installment automation. The silver catalyst industry side line plant was driven successfully first time, and moves steadily now. This plant plays vital role in the high-activity silver catalyst development and the industry promotion application.
