兔脊神经节与迷走神经下节形态学对比观察

【摘要】 目的旨在对比观察脊神经节细胞形态之间的差异及脊神经节与迷走神经下神经节细胞之间的差异。方法取健康成年新西兰白兔16只,共取颈神经节124对,胸神经节182对,腰神经节112对,迷走神经下神经节16对。经常规HE染色观察神经元形态、胞体大小与细胞类型的关系;通过特殊染色观察尼氏体形状。利用ITEM图像分析系统测量神经元的大小。数据经SPSS11.0统计软件处理。结果1.脊神经节大型、中型和小型神经元各占脊神经节神经元百分比是8.3%、31.6%、60.1%;迷走神经下节大型、中型和小型神经元各占迷走神经下节神经元百分比是39.1%、56.3%、4.7%。脊神经节小神经元尼氏体染色多呈细颗粒状、胞浆染色较深;大、中型神经元的尼氏体染色呈颗粒状和块状、胞浆染色有浅有深;迷走神经下节尼氏体呈分散颗粒状,亦有神经元呈细小均匀的斑块。2.脊神经节颈部、胸部和腰部的大、中、小型神经元之间存在差异(p=0.00)。脊神经节与迷走神经下节神经元平均直径经秩和检验Z=-3.505,有统计学差异。3.在脊神经节颈1~4神经节、颈6~8和胸1神经节、胸2~胸12神经节、腰1~3神经节、腰4~7神经节神经元比较中,除颈6~8和胸1神经节与腰4~7神经节神经元之间比较无统计学差异外,其余两两之间比较有显著性差异(p﹤0.05)。结论1.脊神经节以中、小型神经元为主,迷走神经下节以大、中型神经元为主。2.脊神经节各部细胞大小之间比较存在差异(p﹤0.05)。

【Abstract】 Objective to observe the differences among the spinal ganglion cells form and between the spinal ganglion cells and the inferior ganglion of the vagus nerve. Method to take the spinal ganglion and the inferior ganglion of the vagus nerve of sixteen healthy rabbits which are perfused through the left ventricular after the anaesthetic, and observe the cells form and the relationship of the cells body and the size of the cell types through HE stain, the Nissl body shape through special stain, minute structure of cells through electron microscope. The diameter of the cells are measured through the ITEM Image Analysis System. All data is analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Result There are three populations of cytons by diameter in the spinal ganglion:the large neurons,the medium neuron and the small neuron.The percentage of large, medium and small cytons were respectively: 8.3%、31.6%、60.1%.The inferior ganglion cells of the vagus nerve is also divided into three populations :large, medium and small neuron. The percentage of large, medium and small cytons were respectively: 39.1%、56.3%、4.7%.The Nissl body of the small neuron presents fine-grain shape and The color of the cytoplasm is stained dark. The Nissl body of the large and medium neuron presents the granular shape and the block shape and the color of the cytoplasm is stained dark or light. The large neurons and the medium neuron and the small neuron among the spinal ganglion cells exist differences after statistical analysis. The diameter of the spinal ganglion neuron and the inferior ganglion neuron of the vagus nerve is analyzed Z=-3.505 by Mann-Whitney Test and has statistics difference. According to the comparison among the cells from the 1st cervical ganglion to the 4th cervical ganglion and the cells from the 6th cervical ganglion to the 1st thoracic ganglion and the cells from the 2nd thoracic ganglion to the 12th thoracic ganglion and the cells from the 1st lumbar ganglion to the 3rd lumbar ganglion and the cells from the 4th lumbar ganglion to the 7th lumbar ganglion,the comparison between the cells from the 6th cervical ganglion to the 1st thoracic ganglion and the cells from the 4th lumbar ganglion to the 7th lumbar ganglion has not statistics difference, the comparison between the rest cells have the significance difference. Conclusion The small cells and the medium cells occupy Majority in the spinal ganglion cells, the large cells and the medium cells occupy Majority in the inferior ganglion cells of the vagus nerve.The comparison among the spinal ganglion cells exist difference.
