【摘要】 目的:制订小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南。方法:Ⅰ.文献研究——回顾中医儿科主要古籍文献以及利用中文期刊全文数据库系统查阅古代及现代有关治疗小儿泄泻的论述、病案、方剂等,收集从古到今有关小儿泄泻的中医诊断、分型、治法、方药、其他疗法等。Ⅱ.专家家调查——采用Delphi法进行专家问卷调查。首先,编制专家咨询表,组建专家小组。其次,分轮问卷调查,形成初步的诊疗方案。最后将诊疗方案提交给专家论证会,经过专家论证定稿,形成该病的诊疗指南。结果:Ⅰ.搜集到古代文献32篇,其中有11篇文献涉及了泄泻分型。分型所述不同,以热泻、寒泻、伤食泻出现频次较多,但与现代文献及指南中的分型不尽相同。从1996～2007年的有关小儿泄泻现代文献401篇中筛选出符合标准的论文57篇,共计9523例病例。通过对目标文献汇总归纳出了泄泻的证型、辨证要点及诊断标准等,这与问卷调查结果中的相应部分相吻合。Ⅱ.总结四轮问卷及文献研究后,基本上形成了《小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南》初稿。通过三次专家论证会议,对《小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南》进行了论证。专家们肯定了本项目研究具有极其重大的意义,对指导和规范中医儿科的临床及科研有重大价值,通过了《小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南》。结论:应用Delphi法和文献研究相结合,制定出了较为科学规范的小儿泄泻中医诊疗指南,为临床和科研服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The infantile diarrhea chinese medicine clinic guide will be developed.Methods:Ⅰ.Literature Research--Recalling the main paediatric ancient chinese literature; drawing the chinese periodical database on to consult the literature materials concerning expositions、medical records,and prescriptions of the infantile diarrhea.Through literature research,some literatures will be collected since ancient times to modern,including infantile diarrhea TCM diagnosis、typing、treatment、prescriptions,other therapies,and so on.Ⅱ.Experts Survey-- Using Delphi questionnaire survey method.First,preparing table of expert advice,compositing the panel of experts.Second,round-survey of questionnaire, formating initial the clinic programme.Last,clinic programme will be submitted to the experts and will be demonstrated.By experts demonstration,the clinic guide of infantile diarrhea was formated.Results:Ⅰ.Collected 32 ancient literatures,which 11 documents related to the types of diarrhea.In different types,heat diarrhoea、cold diarrhoea、fresh diarrhoea injury appeared more frequency.But,those different from the types of modern literature and clinic guide. From 1996 to 2007,401 infantile diarrhea modern literatures were collected,which there are 57 standard literatures,total 9,523 cases case.Through summary of the target literature, the type、differentiation points、diagnostic criteria of diarrhea has been summed.This coincides with the survey results.Ⅱ.After aggregating four questionnaires and literature research,basically formed a draft of the infantile diarrhea chinese medicine clinics guide.By three expert meetings, experts believe that the guide is of great significance,and is of tremendous value for guiding and standardizing clinical and scientific research of the chinese pediatric.Experts adopted the Infantile Diarrhea Chinese Medicine Clinics Guide. Conclusion:A more scientific and standardized the infantile diarrhea chinese medicine clinics guide was developed by using Delphi method and literature research,which service clinical and scientific research.更多还原
