环己烷皂化废碱液蒸发助剂的研究

【摘要】 环己酮生产中环己烷的氧化产生大量皂化废碱液,在蒸发浓缩过程中将出现结垢和发泡的现象,致使装置无法正常运行,成为石油化工急待解决的问题。本课题以中石化巴陵分公司的环己烷皂化废碱液蒸发处理技术为背景,通过实验研究了多种阻垢剂和消泡剂在废碱液中的性能,采用复配技术研制出了兼具阻垢性能和消泡性能的高效蒸发助剂(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)+(SXP-107)。首先采用静态阻垢性能评价方法,对阻垢剂PAA&PAAS、PBTCA、PAA-MA和YH-1进行单阻垢剂性能实验,考察不同阻垢剂用量、加热温度、加热时间和废碱液浓度下的阻垢率,结果表明PAA&PAAS、PBTCA和YH-1的阻垢性能好;采用复配技术对PAA&PAAS、PBTCA和YH-1进行两两复配,实验表明(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)复配体系的协同效应明显,对各复配比下的阻垢性能进行测试,得出最佳复配比为2:1;同时对废碱液中的阻垢协同效应进行了理论探讨。采用动态消泡性能评价方法,对消泡剂SXP-107、AC-505、CS-DF970和YH-1,进行单消泡剂性能实验,考察消泡剂用量、加热温度、废碱液浓度与消泡剂的消泡率、破泡时间和抑泡时间的关系,结果表明SXP-107、AC-505和YH-1的消泡性能较好;采用复配技术对SXP-107、AC-505和YH-1消泡剂之间进行两两复配,结果表明SXP-107消泡性能最好,且与YH-1相关性小;同时对消泡剂的协同效应进行了理论探讨。采用复配技术对(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)复配体系与SXP-107进行再复配,对其进行阻垢性能和消泡性能相关性评价,并与YH-1进行比较,结果表明(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)+(SXP-107)是一种兼具阻垢性能和消泡性能的高效蒸发助剂。本课题研究的蒸发助剂其阻垢性能和消泡性能优异,在环己烷皂化废碱液蒸发器中运用,可使阻垢现象和消泡现象减少,具有较高的经济效益和环境效益。
【Abstract】 The massive saponified waste lye produced in the process of oxiding cyclohexane to produce cyclohexanone will appear the scaling and foaming problem,and make the equipment to be unable to operate steadily.Under the background of evaporating technology of SINOPEC Baling Branch Co.Ltd,this paper studied the performance of several scale inhibitors and several defoamers,and synthesised a evaporation additive(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)+(SXP-107) with perfect scale-inhibiting performance and defoaming performance by the method of compounding technology.Scale-inhibiting performance of scale inhibitor PAA&PAAS,Scale inhibitor PBTCA,Scale inhibitor PAA-MA and Scale inhibitor YH-1 was tested by static scale-inhibiting performance evaluation method under different dose of inhibitor,heating time and temperature.The result showed PAA&PAAS,PBTCA and the YH-1 had effective scale-inhibiting performance.Then the three scale inhibitors were compounded each other.The complex system(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1) had good synergistic effect,and the optimal ratio of PAA&PAAS to YH-1 was 2:1.The theory of scale-inhibiting synergistic effect in saponified waste lye was aslo investigated.Dynamic defoaming performance evaluation method was used to test the performance of defoamer SXP-107,defoamer AC-505,defoamer CS-DF970 and defoamer YH-1,and analysised the change of defoam ratio,defoamed time and reperess foamer time under different dose of defoamer,heating temperature and waste lye concentration.The result suggesteded SXP-107,AC-505,and YH-1 had good defoaming performance.Then the three defoamers was compounded each other.The defoaming performance of SXP-107 was best,and the relativity between SXP-107 and YH-1 was neglectable.The theory of defoaming synergistic effect in saponified waste lye was aslo discussed.A evaporation additive(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1)+(SXP-107) was obtained through compounding(PAA&PAAS)+(YH-1) and(SXP-107) by the method of compounding technology,and both the scale-inhibiting performance and the defoaming performance of it were better than single evaporation additive YH-1. The new evaporation additive could effectively solve the scaling and foaming problem of saponified waste lye of cyclohexane,and had good economic benefit and environmental benefit.
