玄武岩纤维加固震损混凝土框架节点抗震性能试验研究

【摘要】 现在国内外对玄武岩纤维在土木工程领域的应用研究还处于起步阶段,但其优异的性价比、良好的延伸率及其在耐腐蚀、耐久性上的突出优点,成为了现阶段加固领域继碳纤维后研究的热点。本文针对当前国、内外应用玄武岩纤维布对混凝土框架节点进行震损加固研究的空白点,确定以空间框架中节点加固方法为研究重点,通过把5个不同程度的预损的带梁、板的十字节点模型进行加固后的低周反复加载试验的研究与理论分析。试验中由申克机施加低周反复荷载以模拟地震中结构受到的作用。先对完好的节点进行了破损加载以模拟节点在中小地震中受到的损伤,而后进行灌缝修复和粘贴玄武岩纤维布加固。十字节点附带了次梁和楼板很好地模拟了节点的实际受力情况和加固施工时的实际环境。对试验结果进行分析后表明采用的加固修复方法是行之有效的。加固后试件的强度、刚度、延性和能量耗散能力都有所提高。在文章最后提出了“损伤系数”以及“修复后混凝土强度折减系数”的概念,并参照现行的混凝土结构加固规范,并结合本试验所得数据,提出了几个实际工程应用中可以方便使用并有一定安全储备的计算公式。

【Abstract】 Basalt fiber reinforced Plastic (BFRP) is an ideal new composite because of its low price and high strength and corrosion resistance. The technology of using Basalt fiber reinforced Plastic (BFRP) on strengthening concrete structures is a hot topic in research and development.In this paper, experiments are conducted to examine the behavior of pre-damaged beam-column joints strengthened with Basalt fiber reinforced Plastic (BFRP) under low frequency reversed load. The experiment results show that after reinforcement, the load resistance capacity and aseismatic capacity of the joints are enhanced greatly. The behavior of the joints after strengthening exceed the requirement raised by the code. We find that the shear force is still transferred by the titled concrete bar and the effect of BFRP can be taken as transverse reinforcement. On the basis of such analysis, formulae are brought forward as the reference of design. At the end of this paper, the existed problem and direction of development about BFRP are simply discussed.
