【摘要】 在日趋加速的经济全球一体化进程中,供应链和生产全球化是其主要特征之一,同时也是经济全球化的核心。随着企业内部与外部经营环境的变革和由此而导致的企业竞争规则的根本性转变,精益技术和供应链管理日益成为企业竞争优势的重要源泉,实现精益制造与供应链管理的有效整合正成为企业构建起可持续的短期与长期优势的根本所在。本文通过对HG公司油站产品供应链的协调与控制分析,来透视研究HG及其母公司—一个多元化业务经营的跨国集团DHR的全球精益供应链管理之道。文章主要从:需求管理与精益计划体系、采购与供应管理以及基于精益思想下的物流管理三个方面来研究这家以推行精益技术管理而闻名全美的500强企业的精益计划战略部署(PD-PSI)、目标-行动计划的追踪、战略采购架构体系与组织、开发和追踪战略采购初始行动的方法、供应链管理与精益制造中的协调以及绩效测量工具等问题。剖析了目标-责任矩阵、行动计划监控、战略采购组织、反向竞标、物流优化构想、供应链组织和持续改进等内容。研究以实例研究为主,论文引用数据多出自企业内部。当然,HG公司在推行精益管理的道路上还有很多新的挑战,文化的差异也会对精益技术的推行产生影响。HG和DHR集团的实践证明了基于精益思想下的供应链协调/整合管理对于提升企业的核心竞争力有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of economic globalization and integration, supply chain and manufacturing globalization is one of the major characteristics as well as the core of economic globalization. Along with the changes in the internal and external environment and the ensuing fundamental changes of the competitive rules for enterprises, lean technology and supply chain management have increasingly become important sources of competitive advantage. It is essential for enterprise to build up a sustainable short term and long term advantage by the effective integration of lean manufacturing technology and supply chain management.This thesis is aimed to study the lean supply chain management approach in HG Company and its parent company - a diversified MNC (DHR Corp.), through the analysis of petroleum product supply chain coordination and control approach in HG Company. The study focuses on the following three categories: demand management and lean planning system, sourcing and procurement management, logistics optimization based on lean concept.The thesis covers the following aspects related to the well-known lean technology management of this Fortune 500 company: lean plan deployment ( PD-PSI ), track of the objective-action plan , strategic sourcing framework and organization, approaches to developing and monitoring initial strategic sourcing, coordination and PI (performance indicator) measurement for supply chain management and lean manufacturing process, etc.. The thesis also analyzes the following issues: PD matrix sheet (objective-responsibility), action plan monitoring, strategic sourcing organization, revised auction, lean logistics optimization, supply chain organization and continuous improvement.This study is based on case study method, with most of the data, sheets and graphs gathered from the internal documentation. As a matter of fact, there are still lots of new challenges for HG Company on its path to lean deployment progress. Culture diversity will certainly have an impact on lean deployment progress as well. The practice of HG Company and DHR group proves that supply chain coordination/integration based on lean concept plays a critical role in promoting core competitive advantage for enterprises.更多还原
