腔内隔绝术用人造血管的制备技术的研究

【摘要】 随着人们对生活质量要求的提高和医学模式的转变,外科治疗的总体趋势也开始朝向微创和简捷的方向发展。近年来,针对扩张性疾病,国际国内出现了微创的血管腔内疗法,通过血管内植入金属支架-人造血管的复合体移植物从而将病变段血管隔绝于正常循环血流之外,因而手术的名称叫腔内隔绝术。该疗法创伤小,恢复快,并发症小,具有简捷、微创和疗效确切的优点。进口腔内隔绝器具价格昂贵,供货周期长,所以研制国产腔内隔绝器具显得尤为重要。腔内隔绝用织物是腔内隔绝器具的主要组成部分,由于其应用的特殊性,所以对该织物的性能提出了很高的要求。本论文首先总结了传统有梭织机和现有无梭织机的特点,分析了它们在织造细特高密管状织物的局限性,提出了尝试在刚性剑杆小样机上,设计一套连续引纬机构。本机构主要包括固定在剑杆上的握持装置、固定在织机左侧的接收装置、带着梭子交替地停在握持装置和接收装置里的中间装置。通过剑杆的往复运动、握持装置的一致作用和接受装置的间断作用使梭子交替地停在织机的两侧,从而实现了引入纬纱的连续。接着,将本机构应用于相关织物的试织。从锦纶单丝到涤纶丝,从片状织物到管状织物,尤其对于织造满足腔内隔绝术用人造血管要求的管状织物,本机构不但能实现有效的连续引纬,而且保证稳定、理想的管身和管边。总之,连续引纬机构的实现大大提高了生产效率,为以后腔内隔绝术人造血管的进一步研究打下了坚实的基础。

【Abstract】 With the improvement of people’s living standard and the transformation of medical mode, the general trends of surgery are directing to simple intervention and mini-traumatic. The stent-grafts are delivered intraluminaly to exclude the lesion out of the normal circulation. Thus the technique is named as Endovascular (EVE).It has advantages of mini-traumatic, less blood transfusion, rapid recovery, less complication. The imported Endovascular graft exclusion apparatuses are very expensive and have a long supplying period. As a result, it is necessary to develop the domestic ones. Tubular fabric for Endovascular graft exclusion is a major component of this apparatus and required to have high performance due to its unique application.In this thesis, the characteristics of traditional shuttle looms and existing shuttleless looms were summarized firstly. The limitations in weaving the high-density tubular cloth made of fine yarns were analyzed afterwards. A weft-insertion mechanism was designed to insert weft yarns continuously on rigid rapier sampling weaving machine. This mechanism mainly consists of a gripping device fixed on the rapier, a receiving device installed on the left side of the loom and a transition device which carries the shuttle stopping in the gripping device and receiving device alternately. The shuttle alternately stops at the two sides of the loom through the methods of the reciprocating motion of rapier, the consistent function of gripping device and the alternate function of receiving device. And then, the continuous weft is successfully inserted.Then, this mechanism was applied in weaving sheet fabrics and tubular ones by the material of polyamide and polyester. It can insert continuous weft effectively when used to weave tubular fabrics which satisfy the requirement of Endovascular graft exclusion. Most of all, the body and edge of the fabrics are stable and perfect.In a word, the achievement of the continuous-weft insertion mechanism raises productivity greatly, and it lays the foundation for the further research on fabric for Endovascular graft exclusion.
