木棉基础产品的性能及工艺研究探索

Study and Explore on the Properties and Technics of Kapok Basic Production

【摘要】 木棉纤维长度比较短,强度较低,表面较光滑,纺纱非常困难;在絮料的应用上,也一直难以突破其传统手工铺絮、产品强度和弹性回复性差的局限。本课题从开发新型天然纤维,充分利用天然纤维资源出发,测试研究了合作企业研制的木棉纱线各项物理指标;用美国产Rando(兰多)气流成网机等设备试制了多种混比的木棉/羽绒等混纤絮料,总结出一套适合该类混纤絮料制作的工艺流程和工艺参数;并用其中一部分絮料试制了系列枕头,对枕头进行了品质研究。本文主要获得如下6条结论:(1)木棉/棉混纺转杯纱的条干不匀率已经达到国标FZ/T71005-94《针织用棉本色纱》的二等品水平,但强力略低;木棉/棉混纺的环锭纱强伸性能可以达到国标FZ/T71005-94《针织用棉本色纱》的标准,但纱线条干需要提高。(2)木棉/棉混纺转杯纱的捻度有自然损失现象,捻度随时间的变化规律为幂函数关系。(3)木棉/棉混纺转杯纱和环锭纱的拉伸断裂强力与捻系数间存在二次关系,分别在捻系数为480和380时达到强度最大。木棉/棉混纺转杯纱断裂伸长随着捻系数的增大单调增大,近似为线性关系;而环锭纱断裂伸长与捻系数间存在二次关系,当捻系数为350,断裂伸长最大。(4)本文总结了一套Rando(兰多)气流成网机生产木棉/羽绒等混纤絮料的工艺参数,并提出一套更为可行的制作流程:粘结纤维等化纤开松→与木棉、羽绒预混合→再混合喂给→气流成网机→烘房定形。(5)通过对气流成网技术和热熔加固技术所制得的木棉/羽绒等混纤纤网分析,发现它有许多自身的优势,比如对木棉的高中空结构以及羽绒的空间结构影响比较小;热熔粘合时的温度对木棉防虫、防螨等特性不产生大的影响;纤网柔软舒适,手感比较好,并且没有化学试剂与人体接触,符合人们追求天然、卫生的心理。(6)通过对木棉填充材料制作的枕头研究发现,当木棉含量大于40%时,增加纤维间热熔粘合会明显改善枕头弹性和舒适性。

【Abstract】 As a naurale fibre, kapok is short for its length and weak stenthen. Its surface is fiat too, so it is difficult to be used in spinning yarn. In the use of wad making, it is also difficult to breakthrough the localization of weak strength and rebackment properties the same as tradition wad. The paper is aid to develop a new natural fibre and to use natural source sufficiently. so we tested several physical targets; we also made several wads which are different in blending rates of kapok and goose feather with the air air-forming technical and heat stick technical. As a result, we conclude a technic line and several indexes. The paper also made some different pillows with the wads that we produced. Then we carried a subjective assessment to get six conclusions, which are(1)the CV of the kapok/cotton blend OE-yarn reches the request of the second level of country standerd, but it is need to approve its strengthen; the stenthen of the kapok/cotton blend spinning yarn reaches the request of the second level of the country standerd, it is need to approve the CV.(2) It can be found that the twist change regularly with maturing and relax ting time of kapok/cotton blended OE-yarn. The longer maturing and relaxting time, the lower twist.(3) At first, the strengths grow sostenuto accompanied by growing of twist multiplier, and then they reduce after the highest point. The trengths reach a peak in 480 twist multiplier. At the same time, the elongation at reak grows all the time. The strength-en and elongation of spin yarn grow sostenuto accompanied by growing of twist multiplier, and then they red-uce after the highest point. The strengths of spin yarn reach a peak in 380 twist multiplier and the elongation reaches its peak in 350 twist.(4) we analysed several indexes of kapok and goose feather blended fibres wads which were made by rando machine. At last we conclude a more proper producing line which is more fit for the same wad making.(5)we find some predominances the analyses of kapok and fearher blended fibres wad making with air-forming technic and heat stick technic. Such as a weak affection to the high hollow of kapok fibre and construction of feather, because the low melting wheather, the properties of anti virus of kapok is not distracted. The pad is also soft and well touching. It is also fit for thr ides of natural and medicine topeple because there is no chemicals spot.(6)we find that the rebackment and comfertation approved very much. espacially when the kapok contamination rate is bigger than 40%.
