狭基线纹香茶菜的化学成分研究

【摘要】 狭基线纹香茶菜[Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.Ham.ex.D.Don)Hara var.gerandianus(Benth.)Hara.]系唇形科(Labiatae)香茶菜属植物,为中药溪黄草的主要资源植物。具消炎、清热、解毒、保肝益肾等功效,华南地区民间组方较多,市场应用较广,出现了许多以其为主要原料的保健品、茶饮料等。为进一步阐明其药效作用的物质基础,以利进行二次开发,在广州市经费资助下,我们和白云山和记黄埔中药厂开展了合作。我的工作是利用现代色谱手段及波谱方法对该植物的化学成分进行了研究,从其95%乙醇提取物中分离得到18个化合物,鉴定了其中的16个,分别为:芝麻酮芦丁糖苷[(+)-episesaminone-rutincoside,1]、6-去羟基迷迭香酸甲酯(6-dehydroxyl methyl rosmarinate,2)、石梓醇葡萄糖苷(7-oxodihydrogmelinol-β-D-glucoside,3)、溪黄草新苷(rabdosiacoside,4)、迷迭香酸甲酯(methyl rosmarinate,5)、松脂醇葡萄糖苷[(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol-1-β-D-glucoside,6]、蓟黄素(cirsimaritin,7)、6,7-二羟基香豆素(6,7-dihydroxycoumarin,8)、咖啡酸(caffeic acid,9)、咖啡酸铵(caffeic acid ammonium,10)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid,11)、β-胡萝卜苷(β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopranoside,12)、槲皮素(quercetin,13)、槲皮苷(rutin,14)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,15)、豆甾烯醇(stigmasterol,16)。其中,化合物1、2、3、4为新化合物,化合物6、8、11为首次从该属中分离得到,化合物7、9、10、12、14为首次从该植物中分离得到。

【Abstract】 Rabdosia lophanthoides(Buch.ham.ex.D.Don)Hara.var.gerandianus(Benth.)Hara., belonging to the genus Rabdosia in family Labiatae, was the main source of Chinese medicine Rabdosia serra. It had anti-inflammation, detoxification and antipyretic activities as well as an enriched nutrient for the liver and kidney. Thus, it was widely used both in a folk medicine and in health-care food or drink in South China.In order to elucidate biologically active components of Rabdosia lophanthoides var.gerandianus for further exploitation, under the funding of Guangzhou city, we cooperate with HUTCHISON WHAMPOA GUANGZHOU BAI YUN SHAN Chinese Medicine Company limited. My work was first investigating its chemical constituents. Various modern chromatographic techniques, spectral methods as well as physical and chemical means were used to isolate and identify constituents from R. lophanthoides(Buch.Ham.exD.Don)Hara.var.gerandianus(Benth.)Hara. Eighteen compounds were obtained. Sixteen were determined to be (+)-episesaminone-rutincoside (1)、6-dehydroxyl methyl rosmarinate (2)、7-oxodihydrogmelinol-β-D-glucoside(3)、rabdosiacoside(4)、methyl rosmarinate (5)、(+)-1-hydroxypinoresinol-l-P-D-glucoside(6)、cirsimaritin (7)、6, 7-dihydroxycoumarin (8)、caffeic acid (9)、caffeic acid ammonium(10)、3,4-dihydroxy-benzoic acid(11)、β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopranoside(12)、quercetin (13)、Rutin(14)、β-sitosterol(15)、stigmasterol(16). Among them, compound 1、2、3 and 4 were new natural products ; compound 6、8 and 11 were newly isolated from the genera Rabdosia, and compound 7、9、10、12 and 14 were isolated from this plant for the first time .
