【摘要】 现代科技的迅猛发展带动了以知识为依托的经济浪潮,在这样的大形势下,知识在不断扩展和整合,未知领域探索的难度也在不断增大,高度分化而又高度综合的生产方式必然会使学科中的个体活动的独立性和狭隘性受到挑战。有些科研项目往往涉及很宽的领域,需要运用复杂的实验手段和多学科的合作攻关,这就需要进行规模较大的社会协作和集体劳动。很多科研活动仅靠个人的力量和智慧是很难应付的,要取得创造性的突破,个人能力就显得单薄和脆弱。知识经济时代需要“科研团队”。近年来大学科研团队建设已成为人们关注的焦点,科研团队建设事实上已经成为我国大学创新体系建设的重中之重。但是,由于大学科研团队建设的理论研究还相对滞后,还没有形成一套具有指导意义的理论体系,尤其是人们对大学科研团队建设规律的认识还处在初步探索当中,这就给大学科研团队建设实践带来相当的困难。本文以山西大学工程学院科研团队为研究对象,运用国内外科研团队研究的相关理论知识,分析了我国大学科研团队建设中存在的主要问题,特别是通过问卷调研对山西大学工程学院科研团队建设现状进行了客观评价,分析了影响科研团队建设的因素。尝试通过对山西大学工程学院科研团队建设的个案研究,对建立我国大学科研团队建设评价体系进行初步探索,并以此评价体系为山西大学工程学院的建设目标,提出了完善科研团队建设的具体措施,为学院进一步完善科研政策,造就更高水平的科研团队和学术带头人,加快学科建设水平和科技创新步伐提供决策参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Given the rapid growth of modern science and technology promotes the knowledgebased economy, because of knowledge expanding and integration, the increasingdifficulty of unknown exploration, hyper-differentiation and hyper-integration ofknowledge production mode will make s independence and limitation of the individualactivities challenged. Some research projects covering a wide field are tackled by meanscomplex experiment and multidisciplinary cooperation which requires larger scale ofsocial coordination and collective labor. Many scientific research activities are tough toachieve successfully only by personal power and wisdom, especially to get the creativebreakthroughs. In the era of knowledge economy, "scientific research team" is needed.recent years the university R&D team construction has made it the focus of attentionand become priority of innovation system of China’s university. However, because ofthe relatively lagged theory of university R&D team construction, without a set ofconstructive theory systems, especially people’knowledge on construction rules in theprimary stage, all of these put a strain on the practice process of university R&D teamconstructionThe R&D team Engineering College of Shanxi University taken as the study object,this paper analyzes the major problems and influent factors existing in the R&D teamconstruction within the universities at home by using related theories. The evaluation ofR&D team construction of Engineering College of Shanxi University is made by aquestionnaire.
