涠西南油田定向井轨道设计及轨迹控制技术

【摘要】 北部湾涠西南油田群是中海石油近年来的重点开发区域。由于该区域地质构造复杂,钻井复杂情况及故障多,造成该区域钻井成功率降低,钻井成本增加,制约了该油田群的开发效率和效益。该油田群钻井难度大的主要原因是地层复杂、断层多、地层破碎、泥页岩地层水敏性强,极易发生井壁坍塌、漏失等复杂情况和卡钻故障。针对涠西南油田群钻井地质及工程特点,研究并形成了一套适合于涠西南油田群钻井地质及工程特点的定向井轨道设计及轨迹控制技术,达到了降低钻井风险、提高经济效益的目的。主要研究内容及成果包括:(1)提出了一套针对穿越断层及破碎带的定向井及侧钻定向井轨道设计方法,完成了穿越断层及破碎带的定向井轨道设计模型及轨道设计方法建立、程序编制工作,对涠12-1油田B平台第二批20口井进行了重新设计对比及程序测试工作。(2)选择最有代表性的B11井、B12井,应用现有的摩阻扭矩计算程序,对两口井各开次的钻井摩阻和下套管摩阻进行了模拟计算分析。模拟分析表明,涠西南油田一些水平位移较大的定向井采用“五段式轨道”(“S”形轨道)是可行的,钻完井过程中不会出现严重的摩阻扭矩问题。(3)结合涠西南油田群定向井轨道设计方案,择钻井现场比较典型的井及钻具组合,应用BHA钻进趋势预测方法及配套程序,模拟分析BHA力学特性参数及钻趋势进规律,并与实钻效果进行对比,形成了配套的涠西南油田群定向井轨迹控制技术方案。(4)应用本研究成果,对涠12-1N油田第二批井在轨道设计进行优化,提高钻井速度、降低复杂故障率效果明显,并协助制定了WZ11-4N油田钻井工程技术方案。
【Abstract】 North Bay Wei South-west satellite cluster oilfields are the key development areas in recent years by CNOOC. As the regional geological structure is complicated, complex drilling conditions and accidents, resulting in lower success rate of drilling in the region, drilling costs, which restricts the development of the oil fields the efficiency and effectiveness. The field group is mainly due to difficult drilling strata complex, multi-faults, stratigraphic broken water sensitive shale formations are strongly prone to wall collapse, leakage and other complications and sticking incidents.In connection with Wei South-west oilfields for drilling geological and engineering characteristics, the study and formed a base for oil drilling Wei South-west geological and engineering characteristics of the directional well trajectory design and trajectory control technology to reduce drilling risks and improve economic efficiency. The main contents and results include: (1) bring forward a set of cross faults and fracture zones for directional sidetrack wells and directional well trajectory design methods, and completed through the fault and fracture zones model and track design directional well trajectory design Methods, programming work, WEI 12-1 oil field on the second batch of 20 wells at B platform was redesigned contrast well and procedure testing. (2) Select the most representative wells NO. B11, B12, application of friction torque of existing computer program, the opening times of the two wells drilling and casing friction simulation analysis carried out. Simulation showed that the horizontal displacement Wei South-west some of the larger oilfield directional well using the "five-stage orbital" ("S" shaped rail) is feasible, drilling and completion process does not appear serious problem of the friction torque. (3) combined with directional wells Wei South-west oilfields track design, selection of typical well drilling site and drilling assembly, drilling BHA trend forecasting application and supporting programs to simulate the mechanical parameters of BHA and drill into the law of trends and compared with the actual drilling results, supporting the formation of a directional well Wei South-west oilfields trajectory control scheme. (4) the application of the research results, WEI 12-1N second batch oil well in the track design to optimize and improve drilling speed and reduce the accident rate effect was complex, and assist in the development of the WEI 11-4N oil drilling engineering technology program.
