基于WEB的雅职院学报管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着计算机应用的日益普及,各种期刊编辑部几乎都配备了计算机。从国内的一项调查来看,各种编辑部计算机设备拥有率已达95%以上。但从目前各个编辑部使用计算机的情况看,还不尽如人意。就雅安职业技术学院学报编辑部的情况来看,在编辑部各种事务的管理上,计算机的利用还很不充分,编辑部的老师们还在手工查找论文,而这很大程度上是因为没有相应的信息管理软件。本论文正是针对上述问题,结合我们学院的具体情况,为学报编辑部开发的用于在计算机上进行组稿、编辑加工、排版及各项编辑事务工作的管理系统。该系统能有效地获取、管理、查询和处理系统中的数据,进而提供信息给相关用户如作者或读者在线阅读和在线投稿等,并支持作者或读者的合理请求。本系统利用JSP/Servlet技术,结合MVC设计模式,使用当前优秀的开发工具Eclipse来开发,使得开发过程更加灵活,使系统的维护工作大为减轻。数据库管理系统则选用具有高实用性、可伸缩性、可靠性与安全性的SQL Server 2000。基于以上开发平台和开发工具,通过对该学报信息管理系统展开详细而深入的系统分析与系统设计,并结合学报编辑部的实际需求对系统总体功能与模块功能进行设计,最终形成了五个功能模块:1.学报简介模块:用于对学校作简要介绍,对学报出版与发行情况(如出版周期、发行范围、发行方式、费用等)作必要介绍。2.稿件基本信息模块包括作者身份登记、稿件历史记录查询、交费稿件查询、未交费稿件查询、免交费稿件查询等。3.作者和读者操作模块主要向作者提供基本信息查询,向读者提供各种检索及查询服务。通过输入关键字对文章进行查询。4.编辑部管理模块主要包括审稿专家管理和相应的咨询决策系统。5.网络稿件管理模块主要提供网上投稿服务系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the popularization of computer applications, a variety of Editorial department almost all equipped with computers. A survey from the domestic point of view, 95% of the editorial department have a computer. But the current use of computers in various editorial situation is not sufficient, the teachers of the editorial department still find the paper manual, and the main reason is there is no corresponding information management software .This paper is to Solution the problem, combined with the specific situation of our college,this system is used to help the teachers of editorial department treatmenting all kinds of editorial affairs on the computer. The system can effectively capture, manage, query and data processing system, thereby providing information to relevant users such as authors or readers online and on-line submission, and support the reasonable request of the author or the reader. This system uses JSP / Servlet technology, combined with MVC design pattern, the use of current best Eclipse development tools to develop, making the development process more flexible and maintenance of the system greatly reduced. Database management system is used with high availability, scalability, reliability and security of SQL Server 2000.Based on the above platform and development tools, information management system by the start of detailed and in-depth system analysis and system design, combined with the actual needs of editorial functions and modules of the function of the overall system design, culminating in the five functional Module:1. Introduction of the module: a briefing for schools on the situation of publishing and distribution (such as the publication cycle, range of distribution, distribution methods, costs, etc.) to make the necessary introduction. 2. Articles of basic information including the identity module registration, manuscript history, inquiries, payment inquiries, manuscripts, manuscript no pay check, to avoid payment manuscript inquiries. 3. Authors and readers of the operating module is mainly to provide basic information to the inquiry, to provide readers with a variety of search and inquiry services.
