【摘要】 自从20世纪90年代以来,信息化浪潮席卷全球。我国政府面对既要完成好工业化又要加快信息化的双重任务,审时度势,提出了以信息化带动工业化战略。企业信息化是国家信息化建设的重要组成部分,是国民经济信息化的基础。信息化广泛应用于企业在市场预测、产品设计制造、经营管理和服务等各环节。房地产行业属于资金密集型企业,房地产业建设的信息化是房地产企业利用现代信息技术,通过对信息资源的深入开发和广泛利用,不断提高房地产企业决策、开发、经营、物业管理的效率和水平、进而提高房地产企业的经济效益和市场竞争力的过程。本文以构建某房地产集团的企业信息安全系统为例,并以信息安全的两个基点——网络安全和数据安全为研究对象。在该项目中,针对某房地产集团企业信息安全的需求,制定出适合项目房地产企业信息安全整体解决方案。其中该方案包含有六个子系统:区域边界子系统、网络通信安全子系统、安全审计子系统、安全管理子系统、计算机节点子系统、数据安全子系统。在项目中,重点分析研究了与信息安全相关的各种技术(防火墙技术、VPN技术、VLAN技术等)。在项目的设计阶段通过对分析用户需求,制定设计目标,设计出相应系统的解决方案。到部署实施阶段,通过研究方案的部署策略,对方案的实施步骤进行设计,对方案的实现进行详尽的描述,并对项目实施后给企业网络带来的好处进行了简要的说明。项目建设中通过采用主流的应用虚拟化技术,解决了项目企业终端数据安全性问题,并使得项目企业的外地办公人员能随时随地的接入企业网来进行企业应用系统的操作。通过建设项目中六个安全子系统,使得项目企业的网络更加安全,使得用户上网的行为进行管控,避免企业用户在上班时间占用有效带宽,影响其他员工进行办公。最后对研究工作做了简要的总结并提出了进一步研究的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 20th century, ninety years, information technology sweeping the globe. The face of not only our government but also to accomplish the industrialization of information technology to speed up the dual task, the situation and put forward a strategy of information technology to stimulate industrialization. Enterprise information is the national information an important part of the construction is the foundation of national economy. Information technology is widely used in enterprises in the market forecasting, product design and manufacturing, management and service and other aspects. The real estate industry is capital-intensive, real estate, construction information is the real estate business use of modern information technology, information resources through the development and extensive use of in-depth, constantly improve the real estate business decisions, development, management, property management efficiency and level, and to improve the economic benefits of the real estate business and market competitiveness of the process.This real estate group to build an enterprise information security systems, for example, and two basis points to information security - Network security and data security for the study. In this project, the author is responsible for project management throughout the project, the author of a real estate group for the needs of enterprise information security, to develop real estate projects for enterprise information security solutions. The program which includes six subsystems: the regional boundary subsystem, network communications security subsystem, security audit subsystem, security management subsystem, the computer node subsystem, data security subsystem. In the project, the focus of research with the various technologies related to information security (firewall, VPN technology, VLAN technology, etc.). The design phase of the project through the analysis of user requirements, develop design objectives, design appropriate system solutions. To the deployment of the implementation phase, through the research programs of the deployment strategy, the implementation steps of the program design, implementation of a detailed program description, and after the implementation of the project benefits to the enterprise network with a brief description.Construction projects in the mainstream through the use of application virtualization technology to address business end of the project data security issues, and make the project field office personnel business anytime, anywhere access to corporate networks for the operation of enterprise applications. The project through the construction of six security subsystem, making the project more secure enterprise network, enabling users to control the behavior of the Internet to avoid the time occupied by business users to work effective bandwidth and affect other office staff.Finally, a brief research summary and proposed the idea of further study.更多还原
