【摘要】 本文研究的某胶带制造车间,其主要产品A自2009年9月投产以来,制造成本高居不下,为了优化制造成本,车间从2010年开始结合自身生产情况运用精益生产理论对生产过程包括工艺、操作、布局、精益生产文化构建等方面进行了积极有效的改善,取得良好的效果,极大的降低了制造成本,揭示了制造型企业推行精益生产的可实践性和必要性。本文在概述企业里制造成本控制与精益生产的相关理论基础上,分析了作为研究对象的某胶带制造车间的生产运作情况及主要产品A的制造成本构成,在与美国及日本同等车间同系列产品的制造成本对比之后,提出了优化制造成本的问题,通过对目前制造现状的价值流图分析指出了目前生产存在的主要问题,并应用精益生产的理论提出了对工序一、工序二进行有针对性的精益化生产改善的具体方案,并进一步提出了构建车间精益生产文化的方案加强精益生产系统化及可持续性。论文的最后对车间精益化改善的几个项目实施情况及成本优化的结果进行了总结,并针对本次论文主要研究内容进行了总结,最后对车间的今后精益生产运作更进一步提升的方向进行了展望。本文的研究对制造型企业在应用和推行精益生产的初级阶段具有一定的参考价值和借鉴作用,对一般企业的精益生产的推行也具有一定的理论价值和方法指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a tape workshop, the manufacture cost of product A was very high after started mass production from Sep 2009. In order to optimize the cost, the workshop decided to apply lean production strategy in 2010 to improve the whole operation include process, production, layout and lean culture establish according to it’s need and self condition. The manufacture cost got significant reduction by the series lean improvement programs, which also reveals that the lean production is practicable and necessary to manufacturing industry.Based on the theory of cost control and the lean production, this paper analyzed the operation status of this tape workshop and the manufacture cost condition of product A in 2009, brought out the requirement of optimize manufacture cost, then identified the key issues according to the current value stream map study, and figured out the projects for the first process step and second process step to carry out the lean production improvement, furthermore, the lean culture was proposed to implement in the workshop to systemized the lean production and enforce the lean production’s durative.In the end of this paper, the detail implements process and the results of the lean improvement projects were discussed and summarized, and pointed out there still existed problems need to be revised and improved with lean production continued to deepen. The research of this paper can be used for reference to manufacture enterprises who are attempting to pursue the lean production, and also provides the theoretical value and method of guidance to general company to implement the lean production.更多还原
