转型期我国创业教育探索与实践研究

【摘要】 大力推进创业教育,实施以创业带动就业的战略,是我国促进社会和谐发展的重要举措。进入新世纪后,中国正在经历快速社会转型,创业教育作为一种全新的教育理念和教育实践,在中国已经走过了十几个年头。如何使创业教育进一步深化和普及,首先要对创业和创业教育的内涵、发展的现状、主要特征有一个全面准确的把握和理解。以中南大学为例,对中国创业教育现状进行分析总结,可以看出：创业教育已经形成了创业教育与素质教育结合、创业教育与专业教育结合、专门机构统筹创业教育、立足创新深化和普及创业教育的四种模式；呈现出起步较晚但发展较快,部门联动推进有力,学生热情高,社会各界参与,形成推进合力的有利态势。以现状总结分析为基础,还发现我国创业教育快速发展过程中尚存在这样那样的问题：在实践中“创业教育”与“创办企业教育”区分不清,创业教育与专业教育有机契合不够,高质量富有实践经验和专业素质的师资匮乏,教育者和受教育者观念更新不到位,创业教育没有形成整体发展理念等等。以推动就业和社会和谐发展为目的,继续深化和普及创业教育,必须从以下方面着力：把创业教育摆在更加突出的位置,探索适合国情的富有中国特色的创业教育之路,加强高质量创业教育师资队伍建设,推进创业教育文化建,加强创业教育理论研究和实践探索,进一步拓展创业教育国际视野、密切创业教育与经济社会发展关系。
【Abstract】 The strategies of greatly boosting Entrepreneurship Education and stimulating employment by business startups are important actions to promote social harmony and development of our country. After entering the new century, China is experiencing a high-speed social transformation. Entrepreneurship Education, as a new education idea and education practice, has been over 10 years.How to continue and to popularize the Entrepreneurship Education? We should at first hold a complete and exact understanding of intensions, status quo, and main features of Education and Entrepreneurship Education. To take Central South University as an example, by analyzing and summarizing the status quo of Entrepreneurship Education in China, we can find:The Entrepreneurship Education has already achieved the integration between Entrepreneurship Education and quality-oriented education, the integration between Entrepreneurship Education and professional education, the comprehensive plan for Entrepreneurship Education and the four modes of promoting and popularizing Entrepreneurship Education. Therefore, it shows us that the Entrepreneurship Education is developing fast though it starts late. At the same time, all the related organizations, students and all kinds of life positively coordinate, together promoting the future development of Entrepreneurship Education.On the basis of analyzing the status quo, it is easy to find that there are still some problems prompted during the development of China’s Entrepreneurship Education: the unclear distinguish between "Entrepreneurship Education" and "establishing business education", the insufficient integration between Entrepreneurship Education and professional education, the deficiency of high-qualified and high-experienced teachers, the untimely updated concepts of educators and educates, the lack of a comprehensive development ideas, etc.In order to promote the harmonious development between the employment and the society and as well as to continue and to popularize the Entrepreneurship Education, we must cast much attention on the following aspects:putting Entrepreneurship Education at a much more prominent position; exploring a approach appropriate for China’s national conditions and Chinese characteristics; strengthening the cultivation of high-qualified teachers; strengthening the theoretical researches and educational practices; further promoting the international development of Entrepreneurship Education; developing the intimate relationship between Entrepreneurship Education and the economic society, etc.
