HY公司C建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】 能否按预期时间进度完成项目,是项目管理最为重要的问题之一。项目管理的“三大工程”之一就是项目进度管理,也是项目管理的灵魂,其在一定程度上决定了项目的成败。HY公司在建设项目实施过程中,经常出现进度和工期失控,导致项目无法按照原设计意图完成项目建设,甚至有时候导致了有些项目以失败而告终。HY公司如何加强项目进度管理,对建设项目实施有效的进度管理、进度控制,是一个非常值得研究的课题,以便指导HY公司今后建设项目的进度管理与控制。本文首先分析了HY公司建设项目管理现状,对目前公司的项目进度管理特点和存在的问题进行了诊断,归纳出公司目前建设项目进度管理中工作存在的问题,并在此分析基础上,采取分析、综合的逻辑方法和工业工程思维方法,结合HY公司C建设项目进度管理实际案例,运用项目管理的基本原理和现代项目管理的先进思想,对HY公司C项目进度管理进行重新设计,创新了管理流程,找出适合HY公司实际的项目进度管理新方法,对公司建设项目进度管理进行优化和改善,提出公司项目进度管理的基本模式和新的管理思想,并以C建设项目进度管理进行了应用研究,进行了实际验证。全文在分析C项目的基础上提出了新的管理方法和解决实际问题的方案,对HY公司今后建设项目进度管理工作具有现实指导意义,也为其它同类企业或项目建设最终解决企业项目进度问题提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Whether the project can be completed within the scheduled time, is one of the most important Problems in Project management. Project schedule management is not only the soul of the project, but also " one of the three major projects" of the "Project management, to some extent determine the success of the project. Progress often out of control in the construction project implementation of HY Company, which lead to project implementation according to the original design intent, and even lead to some projects ended in failure. How to strengthen the project schedule management, to carry out effective progress of the construction project management and schedule control in HY Company,which is a very Worthy topic to guide future construction projects schedule of the management and control.In the article, by analyzing the current situation of the construction project management in HY company firstly, diagnosing the features and problems of the project management in the current moment, summarizing the problems in the working of construction project management, and based on this analysis, by taking analysis,logical methods and industrial engineering way of thinking, with the actual cases of HY company ’s progress of construction project management,by using the basic principles and the advanced ideas of modern project management. redesign the progress of the project management of HY company, Innovate management process,find out the new method of the progress in project management which is actual for HY company, optimize and improve the progress of construction project management in the company, propose the basic model and new management thinking, research the progress of C construction project management, and carry on the actual verification.On the basic of analyzing C project management, propose the new methods of management and the programs to solve practical problems, not only having practical significance on the progress of the project management for HY company’s future, but also providing reference to solve the problems of project schedule for other similar enterprises or project construction.更多还原
