【摘要】 高等医学教育一肩担两义,涉及医疗和教育两个最为直接的民生问题。高等医学院校是培养高级医学专门人才的摇篮,肩负着为维护人类健康培养医药卫生人才的重要使命。研究高等医学院校辅导员队伍专业化建设,对于培养德才兼备全面发展的高素质医学人才,推进我国医疗卫生事业的发展具有积极的意义。本文将辅导员专业化理论知识运用到高等医学院校辅导员队伍建设的实际工作中,具有其创新意义和应用价值。在文献研究的基础上,本文面向医学院校相关专家、辅导员和学生开展问卷调查,对我国高等医学教育的特点和现状进行全面分析。在对高等医学教育特点及现状研究的基础上,本文分析了高等医学院校辅导员工作的特殊要求,并在辅导员专业化的相关理论指导下,对高等医学院校辅导员知识能力结构模型构建进行了探索。根据构建的专业化视角下的高等医学院校辅导员知识能力结构模型,本文从制定合理的选聘制度、构建完善的培训体系、健全明确的考评激励机制、深入开展实务研究等环节,初步提出了高等医学院校辅导员队伍专业化建设的实现途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the cradle of training senior medical specialists, medical colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of providing excellent talents to various medical and health institutions of the whole society. A study on building professional instructor team for medical colleges and universities, therefore, has a positive significance in cultivating high-quality medical students equipped with both virtue and talent, and promoting the development of national medical and health services.The paper consists of four chapters as follows.Chapter 1 introduces the research background, current situation and significance of this topic. The innovative significance and application value of this paper lies in that the theory of Instructor Specialization is firstly proposed to be applied in the actual practice of the tertiary education of medical colleges and universities.Chapter 2 focuses on studying the characteristics of higher medical education. Based on literature review, this chapter summarizes the main characteristics of national higher medical education by conducting questionnaire among relevant experts, instructors and students of medical universities (or colleges), and deep analyzes them simultaneously.Chapter 3 is the core of the whole paper. In accordance with the characteristics of higher medical education summarized in the preceding chapter, this chapter analyzes the special requirements of instructors’work, and, under the guidance of relevant theories of instructor specialization, explores modeling instructor’s knowledge and competence structure. Chapter 4 is the application part. According to the above instructor’s knowledge and competence structure model constructed in the perspective of specialization, this chapter discusses the approaches to realize building professional instructor team for medical colleges and universities by means of developing proper employment system, improving systematic training system, perfecting specific evaluation and incentive mechanism, and deepening theory study.更多还原
