【摘要】 联合国教科文组织曾指出：“21世纪人才必须具备三大素质：学会生存、学会学习、学会交际。”时代的发展和社会的进步对人的素质提出了更高的要求,口语交际已经成为现代公民必须具备的能力。新课程的基本理念是“以人为本,关注人发展,关注每个学生发展。全面提高学生的素质,为每个学生进入社会和终身发展打好基础”。因此,中学语文教学必须重视口语交际教学。但是新的语文课程标准中删除了对教学内容及教学要求的相关规定,使课程设置具备了很大的发展空间,对课程目标的实施只是做出了指导和建议。然而这种方式也存在一定的弊端,即教学目标的模糊性和教学内容的随意性,只是提出了口语交际课程的总体目标和各个学段的目标,因此口语交际教学并未进入到真正的教学实施层面,没有科学规范的教学体系,很大一部分中学教师忽略口语交际教学,语文课堂中依然只有阅读教学和作文教学,很多学校根本没有把它当作正规的课程,所谓的口语交际教学只是语文教学中可有可无的一项内容。口语交际教什么、学什么、乃至怎么教、怎么学是迫切需要解决的问题。本文运用了文献法、个案研究法等方法对如何培养中学生口语交际能力进行探讨。通过对口语交际内涵的介绍,指出口语交际对于学生发展的意义,从中学口语交际教学的实际出发,分析国内外口语交际教学现状,重新审视中学语文口语教学,在此基础上,指出造成当前口语交际教学现状不容乐观的原因,为今后的口语教学发展提供方向。促进中学生口语交际能力的培养向计划性、科学性、系统性转变,使口语交际教学向着有序的方向发展。本人希望通过这篇论文的写作能引起广大语文教师与理论研究者对口语交际教学的重视,促进口语交际教学的有效实施,提高中学生的口语交际能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 UNESCO has pointed out that:The 21st century talents must have three qualities: Learn to live, learn to study, learning to communication. " The development of The Times and the progress of the society, to the quality of people put forward higher request, Oral communicative competence is one of the modern skills that necessary for citizens. The new curriculum fundamental idea is:" People-oriented, attention to development, pay attention to each student development. Improve student’s quality, for every student into society and lifelong development foundation for tomorrow ". Therefore, must attach importance to the Chinese teaching of middle school teaching of oral communication. But the new Chinese curriculum standards of teaching content and delete the related content of the teaching request, make the curriculum has the very big development space, to the implementation of the course target only made the guidance and advice. However this way also has certain drawbacks, namely the teaching goal of teaching contents of the fuzziness and randomness, just put forward the overall target of oral communication course of study section and each goal, therefore teaching of oral communication did not enter into the real teaching implementation level, there is no scientific standard teaching material system, a great deal of high school teacher ignored the language classroom teaching of oral communication, still only reading teaching and the composition teaching, many schools never got it as a normal course, so-called teaching of oral communication in Chinese teaching option is a content. Oral communication what to teach and learn what, and even how to teach and how to learn is the urgent need to address the problem.This paper use a literature method, and the method such as case study of how to cultivate the high school students oral communication ability is discussed. Through the introduction of oral communication connotation, and points out that the development of oral communication for students from high school significance, based on the practical teaching of oral communication teaching of oral communication teaching of oral communication at home and abroad, analysis, re-examine current middle school language spoken English teaching, based on the current, and points out that the teaching of oral communication caused by the reasons optimistic for the future direction of development to provide oral English teaching, and promote the cultivation of students oral communication ability from planning, the scientific systematic transformation, causes the teaching of oral communication towards orderly direction.I hope that through this essay writing can cause the Chinese teachers and theory of the teaching of oral communication the attention and promote the effective implementation of the teaching of oral communication, improve the oral communication ability.更多还原
