【摘要】 公共数据库平台是随着数字化校园的发展应运而生的,它与统一身份认证平台以及学校门户网站共同构成了数字化校园的基础。随着数字化校园的逐步发展,我校数字化校园建设开始体现出它的不足,如缺乏统一数据标准,数据共享困难,信息孤岛现象日益严重,数据冲突偶有发生等问题,我校数字化校园的升级改造迫在眉睫。在我校数字化校园建设过程中,已经运行和将要上线的业务管理系统共有十几个,论文在编写过程中主要做了以下工作:1、采用调查研究方法调研我校信息管理系统运行情况。2、采用编制UC矩阵的方法确定每个数据的权威数据源。3、引入职能域的概念,采用从顶层设计规划的方法,建设统一信息管理标准体系,全面支持我校业务管理流程、梳理数据流向、优化数据库连接方式。4、按照《高等学校管理信息标准》编制了我校信息化发展的数据标准,基于XML和Web Service技术,提出我校公共数据库平台的架构思路。5、加入对数据仓库和数据挖掘技术的支持。公共数据库平台的提出是对现有信息系统集成化管理的一次升级改造,通过对公共数据库平台的研究与设计,以达到掌握现有业务管理系统之间的数据流向,统一规划我校数字化校园建设的方向,统一我校的数字信息处理标准,确定现有业务管理系统的职能权限,实现各业务系统之间的数据交换,消除信息孤岛现象,同时对全校历史数据进行有效存储和分析,实现科学决策支持等目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Public database platform is developed with digitalized campus. With the Unified identity authentication platform and the School web portal, it constitutes the foundation of campus digitalization. As the digital campus develops, the shortcomings of its development are gradually revealed: the lack of unified data standard, difficulties in data sharing, the seriousness of the phenomenon of information island, and the occurrence of data conflicts. The upgrade if digitalization on our campus is pressingIn our school’s digital campus construction process, there are a dozen of online business management systems. The main content of the paper are as follow:1. Research our school management system operation with the survey methods2. Determine each authority data sources with Methods of UC matrix3. Introducing the concept of function domain, using digital campus from top design planning method to fully support our business management process, to fluent the data flow, to optimize the database connection, and construct the uniformed standard system.4. Prepare our university information developed data standards, put forward the public database platform structure ideas based on the Web Service technology based and XML.5. Support the data warehouse and data mining techniqueThe proposal of the Public database platform is an upgrading reform for the current information system management.Through the research of public database platform, we understand the data flow between the existing business management systems, unify the planning of the development direction of digitalized construction of our school, unify the digital information processing standards, identify the current business management system function, comb functional management responsibilities in our school, realize the business system of data exchange, eliminate the information island phenomenon, at the same time unify and scheme the entire school history data effectively, analyze the data warehouse and data system.更多还原
