【摘要】 湖北省旅游资源丰富,旅游业发展机遇与挑战并存。近年来湖北省旅游产业发展速度不断加快,发展水平也日益提高,与其它地区特别是旅游发达地区相比仍存在着比较大的差距,总体发展水平还比较低,全省各市旅游业的发展存在较大的差异。游动率能够反映一个地区旅游人数、旅游收入情况,也能够反映一个地区的旅游发展状况。同样湖北省内各市州游动率存在着明显的时空差异。整体来说,湖北省总游动率呈快速稳定增长的趋势；全省游动率空间差异明显,且有逐渐拉大的趋势；神农架、武汉游动率明显高于全省平均水平,而天门市游动率相对其他市州更低于平均水平；2003年全省游动率都有不同程度的下降,2006年游动率恢复到2002年水平,在此之后游动率快速平稳地增长；此外,神农架是全省游动率最高、入境游动增长最快的地区；黄石总流动率发展最迅速：湖北省入境游动率、旅游外汇收入自2002年开始变化趋势一致。针对湖北游动率的时空差异变化特点,从政治、社会、旅游资源、交通、短期危机等方面分析了形成这些特点的原因。结合实际,为提高游动率、促进湖北省旅游产业的可持续发展提出了建议：树立大旅游观念,创新旅游发展理念,有利于加速体制改革；加强政府对旅游业的主导力度,有利于湖北省旅游产业发展的规范化管理；推广旅游形象,深度开发旅游资源,加大旅游精品名牌建设力度,有利于增加旅游吸引力,促进旅游发展；进一步加大旅游基础设施的建设为旅游业的可持续发展提供物质基础保障；加快推进旅游大项目的建设,拉动旅游市场投资有利于旅游产品高品质化；注重旅游专业人才的培养,有利于提高旅游服务质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hubei province enjoys rich tourism resources, coexisting with the opportunity and the challenge in the development of tourism. During the recent years, although the tourism in Hubei has developed increasingly fast with a high level, it has a long way to go compared with the other areas particularly those alongside the Yangtze River due to its low-leveled development and the disparity of development among the cities in the whole province. The ratio of tourists to population can show the number of the tourists in a tour area and the tour income, thus reflecting the developing conditions of the tourism in this area. Similarly, the time and space differences exist in the different cities and autonomies. All in all, the general ratio of tourists to population in Hubei enjoys a fast, steady and sustainable growth with the obvious and increasingly widening differences of roving rate. The ratio of tourists to population in ShenLongjia and Wuhan is much higher than the average rate in the whole province, however, the roving rate in Tianmen is much lower than that of the other cities in Hubei. The ratio of tourists to population of Hubei in 2003 decreased in different levels while it recovered to the level of 2002 in 2006. The four years after 2006 saw its steady and fast growth. Moreover, ratio of tourists to population in ShenLongjia grows the fastest.The ratio of the general tourists to popuplation in Huangshi witnesses the fastest development. The ratio of tourists to population of the entrance of country and the tour foreign charge income have begun to change cosistently since 2002.This thesis analyzes the time-space differences of ratio of tourists to population in Hubei from aspects of the politics, society, tourism resources, transportation and tourism crisis. It combines the realities and raises the proposals of the ratio of tourists to population thus promoting the fast sustainable development of Hubei tourism. Establishing and innovating the concept of the tourism development contributes to accelerating the reform of system, enhancing the guiding power of the government over the tourism and strengthening the construction of superior tourism brand. It is instrumental in intensifying the attraction of tourism, promoting the development of tourism and enlarging the material protection of the tourism infrastructure over the sustainable development of tourism. It is conducive to the construction of the big items of tourism. Fueling the investment of tourism market is beneficial to making the tourism product of high quality. Attaching great importance to the training of tourism talent is helpful to improving the service quality of tourism.更多还原
