【摘要】 随着教育改革的发展与深入,通过政府、学校和社会各界的共同努力,高等学校逐步建立起一套比较完善的帮困助学体系,这些体系对高校和社会的稳定发展起到了很大的作用。而随着2010年-2020年《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中明确规定：“教育要为人民服务,要与生产劳动和社会实践相结合,培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。因此新时期高校的帮困助学工作作为学校教育工作的一部分,其任务不再仅仅是“解困”,更在于“育人”,即通过帮困助学工作,把助困和育人结合起来,帮助高校大学生实现自身的全面发展。本文在对新时期高校勤工助学育人功能的阐述中,力图从新时期着手,从创新的视角出发,全面而系统地梳理本文思想。在对策分析的个人因素中,坚持个人要积极培养“创业型”勤工助学的意识,高校大学生作为勤工助学的主体,面对进入社会求职的压力,更应该在进入社会之前磨砺自己的意志,而创业的意识和思想在大学期间就应该培养起来,所以大学生可以借助勤工助学的契机,在兼顾学业的同时结合自己的专业优势,努力探索“创业型”的勤工助学模式。本文正文的主要内容：第一部分,简单阐述了新时期高校勤工助学的概念、地位、特点以及新时期高校勤工助学的主要功能。第二部分,在第一部分的基础上回归到本文的主要内容上来,阐述了新时期高校勤工助学育人功能提出的时代背景、理论依据以及强化新时期高校勤工助学育人功能的重要意义。第三部分,从应然和实然两大角度分析了强化新时期高校勤工助学育人功能的现实困境,并对现实困境的原因也进行了深入的分析。第四部分,对策分析是论文的重点和最终落脚点,该部分坚持创新的思想探讨新方法,针对新时期高校勤工助学育人功能存在的现实困境,从三大方面详尽地提出了可供参考的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of education reform and the guidance of national policy documents, colleges gradually established a suit of systems about Helping the Poor,which is consisted of "award,loan,subsidy,help,attendance,reduction and relief" through the joint effort of government,colleges and people from all sectors of society. These systems have played a major role in the stable development of the university and society. During the 2010-2020 period, "State Long-Term Reform and Development Plan" fully implement the Party’s education policy that education should serve socialist modernization construction, serving the people, and combined with productive labor and social practice to culture socialist builders and successors with moral, intellectual and physical development, the project of Helping the Poor will assume more responsibilities. The task is no longer "relief", but also "education". Through the work of Helping the Poor,we can integrate the poverty alleviation with educating people so as to help college students achieve full development.In this paper,on the description of the educational function of College Work-Study Program in a new period,I try to find out a comprehensive and systematic thinking from the perspective of innovation and fastened on the new period.We should actively cultivate their personal "entrepreneurial" consciousness in the analysis of personal factors,which is put forward against the background of huge employment pressure of current college students. College students,as the main part of work-study,should sharpen their will before entering the society. Entrepreneurial awareness should be nurtured during college period. Therefore, students should take advantage of the opportunity,combining his professional advantage with study,to explore the "entrepreneurial" model in the work-study.In this article,except for the preface, the text is divided into four parts. Now I will briefly explained the main contents of the body:Part1,first describe an overview of College Work-Study in a new period and mainly introduce the concept,characteristics,main functions, historical development and innovations.Part2,based on the theoretical basis and two performances, highlight the importance of the education functionand especially highlight the social significance,that is,to help construct a harmonious socialist society.Part3,with conflict analysis,not only sums up the achieved results about the education function of College Work-Study Program,but also a structured analysis of the real difficulties,and the in-depth analysis of the cause.Part4,strategy analysis is the focus and the result of this paper, this part uphold the idea of innovation to find new ways,try to make available countermeasures from the five major aspects.更多还原
