【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化的进程日益加快,国内投资类型企业所面临的市场竞争压力越来越大,企业管理者特别是决策者希望能够从企业积累的大量历史数据中找到应对竞争压力的良方,找到经营管理中存在的问题的根本原因,以便能够快速从大量数据中挖掘出有用的信息以应对瞬息万变的市场。具有数据挖掘技术功能的投资管理系统是介于数字化社会与MIS之间的一个软、硬件结合的应用系统,是实现投资管理提升的重要工具。本文主要研究数据挖掘技术在投资管理系统中的应用。一来力求改变目前公司各部门系统采用的技术与规范不统一而造成的各种应用系统无法兼容及资源不能合理配置和共享的问题,二来实现决策者从企业积累的大量历史数据中找到应对竞争压力的良方。本文所设计的是投资管理系统的实施方案,针对实际的需求,按照“总体规划,分期建设”的原则,分两个阶段实施。第一个阶段主要是完成人力资源系统、财务管理系统、客户管理系统、地产售楼管理系统、商业地产经营管理系统和专业市场管理系统等功能,第二阶段主要是完成企业智能决策系统和客户投资咨询系统。本次课题是属于工程类的项目,从项目的立项到项目的设计、项目的实施,我们都充分考虑到了项目的可行性要求、用户的需求和经济性等多个因素。使得整个系统从需求分析到概要设计再到详细设计以及应用系统开发和调试几个阶段得到了完整的实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the global economic integration accelerating, domestic investment enterprises are facing increasing pressure of market competition, so corporate managers, especially the business decision-makers hope to find a good policy in response to competitive pressures and also find causes of the operation and management problems from a lot of historical data,in the other word,they hope they are able to dig out useful information from a large amount of data quickly to respond to the changing market. The investment management system with data mining capabilities is an integration application of hardware and software, which is between the digital society and a MIS. It is an important tool to enhance investment management ability.This paper studies the application of data mining in investment management system. We aim at dissolving two problems, one is that the technology and standards in different departments are not unified in current system which lead to a variety of applications and resources can not be rational allocated and shared, and the second problem is how to achieve best policy response to the pressure of competition from lots of historical data for decision makers.This paper describes implementation plan of the investment management system. In accordance with the "overall planning, phased construction" principle, we designed the system in two stages according the actual needs. The work in first stage is to complete human resources system, financial management system, customer management system, real estate sales management system, commercial real estate management system and the professional market management system, and the business intelligence decision-making system and customer investment advisory system are finished in the second stage. This subject belongs to the sort of project. The needs of users, project feasibility, economic and other factors are fully considered, in the stages of initiation, design and project implementation.
