【摘要】 当前,随着国家对中小企业信息化建设的重视和扶持、国内ERP厂商的崛起和壮大以及中小企业本身需求的迫切性和紧迫性,国内掀起了中小企业ERP建设的高潮。然而实施的结果却难以令人满意,究其原因主要在于两个方面,是ERP的建设脱离企业实际,二是实施过程缺少科学的方法支撑,从而导致实施过程不规范。中小企业实施ERP的方式主要有商品化ERP和定制化ERP,当前对商品化ERP已经进行了较为系统的研究,而对定制化ERP的理论研究尚待充实和完善。本文以定制化ERP的实施过程为研究对象,首先分析了中小企业ERP系统和企业管理系统的匹配框架,并在此基础上探寻了影响两个系统匹配的因素,然后从中小企业定制化ERP实施的路线层和保障层进行了深入研究。在实施路线层,系统规划阶段,提出了鱼刺法和BSP法的组合应用；需求分析阶段,提出了基于知识管理的需求获取方法；系统开发阶段,提出了定制化ERP开发团队的矩阵式模型以及开发人员流动性风险规避策略,在开发方法上,提出了基于企业价值链的中小企业ERP简化原型。在实施保障层,提出了组织保障,培训保障,系统维护保障以及基础数据保障,以保证ERP实施的成功。最后将理论研究的成果,应用到广东某新材料有限公司的信息化项目中,进行案例分析,以验证方法和策略的科学性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the national support for infomationlization implementation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the growth of domestic ERP vendors and the urgency of the demand of SMEs, the implementation of domestic SMEs’ informationlization raises a climax. However the result of the implementation is not satisfactory, its reason mainly lies in the two aspects:one, the construction of ERP does not conform to the enterprise’s actual; second, implementation is not standard because of lack of scientific methods.The implementation of informationlization in SMEs mainly has two ways, one is off-the-shelf ERP, the other one is customized ERP. Research on off-the-shelf ERP has been carried out systematically in the academic circle, but research on customized ERP is still not enough.With the implementation process of customized ERP as the research object in this paper, the small and medium-sized enterprise ERP systems and enterprise management systems matching framework and the influence factors of the framework are firstly analyzed, then the route layer and guarantee layer in the process of implementing are studied. In the route layer, the application of the combination of Barb method and BSP method, the method of demand acquisition based on knowledge management, the matrix team model, risk hedging strategies of developers liquidity and simplified prototypes of ERP are proposed. In guarantee layer, organizational guarantee, training guarantee, system maintenance and basic data guarantees are studied. Finally the theoretical research achievements are applied to the informationlization project of a new material limited company in Guangdong so as to prove whether these methods and strategies are correct.更多还原
