落水人员报警装置的设计与实现

【摘要】 国际电信联盟WP5B第五次会议的阶段性讨论中提出指定一个专用于MOB(Man Overboard,落水人员报警设备)通信信道的建议。本文从该建议出发,结合IMO (International Maritime Organization,国际海事组织)提出的该设备的基本要求,对现有方式和国内外已有产品进行调查研究,结合实际,进行创新,最终目的是设计出功能更完善的落水人员报警装置。落水人员报警装置是一种可以方便的佩戴在人身上,能够监测和传递佩戴者的安全和位置信息的便携式设备。落水人员报警系统主要包括一个基站,若干个中继和多个用户终端,并采用时分复用方式实现短距离内的点对多点无线通信。基站每隔5s按序轮询每个用户终端,寻呼结束后,每个用户终端发出唯一的识别号,以告知基站佩戴者的安全状态和位置信息,基站按识别号区分显示所有佩戴者信息。如有成员不慎落入水中,终端报警装置立即将落水报警信息发送给基站,基站根据报警信息类型控制报警器进行报警,以告知其他人员。终端报警装置主要包括以下几个模块:(1)控制模块,选择STC12C5A16S2为主控芯片,实现状态提示、开关报警、信息编码以及射频模式控制。(2)无线射频模块,采用第三代无线收发芯片nRF401,在国际上通用的ISM (Institute, scientific, medical,工业,科学,医用)频段上实现数据传输。(3)低压检测模块,采用主控芯片的第二复位引脚作外部电压检测,电池低压时发送报警信号。(4)GPS (Global Positioning System,全球定位系统)模块,接收来自GPS卫星发送的射频信号,并将获取的位置、时间信息通过标准串口输出到控制模块。经测试,该装置的研究实现了对海上作业人员的安全状态监控和显示,当发生人员落水时可以进行及时报警,在一定程度上保障了海上作业人员的生命安全。此外,该装置还可以扩展应用到近岸的娱乐船舶或旅游船舶、出海的游艇或渔船、勘探、科考以及其它作业平台。
【Abstract】 In the stage discussion of International Telecommunication Union WP5B’s 5th conference, it proposed that assign a dedicated communication channel for MOB (Man Overboard). This paper proceeds from the proposal, integrates the basic requirements of MOB which proposed by IMO (International Maritime Organization), investigates and studies existed methods and products at home and abroad, then integrates reality and makes innovation, which is in order to design better function equipment.Man overboard is a kind of portable equipment which can wear in human body easily and monitor and transmit safety information of wearer. Man overboard system includes a base station, number of repeaters and multiple user terminals. It implements point to multipoint short-range wireless communication by time division multiple access. Base station paging every user terminal sequentially and after an ending mark every user terminal transmits sole identification number to tell base station the wearer’s safety status and position information in every 5 seconds, displays every terminal’s information in base station at the same time. If there is a member falling into water accidently the terminal triggers will sent this alarm information to base station immediately, then base station will trigger alarm according to the type of information and warn other crew members. Terminal equipment includes the following modules:(1) Control module, selecting STC12C5A16S2 for the main chip, to implement state prompting, information coding and radio frequency mode control. (2) Radio frequency module, using third-generation wireless transceiver chip nRF401, through a common international ISM (Institute, Scientific, medical) frequency band for data transmission. (3) Low-voltage detection module, using the second reset pin of the main chip for external voltage detection, sending alarm information when battery is low voltage. (4) GPS (Global Positioning System) module, receiving data from GPS satellites transmit radio frequency signal and output obtained location and time information to control module through the standard serial.After testing, the system can monitor and display safety status of maritime workers, alarm immediately when someone fell into water, to a certain extent, it can protect the safety of maritime workers. In addition, the equipment can also be extended to the coastal entertainment or travel ships, yachts or fishing vessels at sea, exploration, scientific investigation and other platforms.
