盾构管片受力特性及耐久性分析

【摘要】 随着国家城市化进程的推进,各城市对地铁的需求量越来越大。在地铁施工中,盾构作为一种安全、经济、快速的隧道施工方法得到了广泛的使用。盾构隧道衬砌一般为管片,其受力特性计算与选用的模型有关,结果会因为方法不同产生差别,缺乏必要的实测数据为支撑;盾构管片长期处于腐蚀性环境下,其使用寿命在目前的结构形式下能否满足百年的设计要求。本文针对上述两点,以苏州地铁一号某盾构区间为背景,对管片的受力特性及耐久性进行研究,主要成果如下:(1)分类介绍常用的盾构管片计算模型,荷载计算方法。(2)盾构衬砌内力实验,方法是测量管片内部钢筋和内表面混凝土应变,通过实测数据反分析整环管片的内力状态。(3)使用ANSYS进行有限元分析,使用三维壳-接头模型计算管片内力,其中管片由厚壳模拟,螺栓由能够抗拉压、抗剪切、抗弯的弹簧模拟,管片间接触由弹簧模拟,围岩抗力由只抗压弹簧模拟。(4)通过对耐久性影响因素的分析,得到单因素条件下盾构隧道使用时间,采用模糊综合的方法预测结构耐久性寿命。

【Abstract】 Along with the advance of the urbanization process, cities are growing demand for Metro. In practical subway engineering, shield is being wildly used as a safe, economized and rapid method for subway construction. Generally shield lining is composed of segments, their mechanical characteristics are related to selection of model of calculation, which leads to different results, moreover lack of experimental data to check the results. Shield segments are in a corrosive environment for long-term, a doubt is whether it is durable enough to stand for a century or more. Due to two of the problem mentioned above, a research is made on segments mechanical characteristics and durability, which is base on Subway line 1 of SuZhou, the main topics of this thesis are as follows:(1)Some of the models are introduced besides loading calculation method.(2)Experiment was carried out to analysis the internal forces of shield lining with the method of measuring the strain of reinforcement bar and concrete.(3)FEM was made to analyze segment internal force using ANSYS, with three-dimensional shell-joint model. Shield lining is simulated by shell element, both the bolt and contact of segment are made as spring, Elastic ground was considered as another kind of spring which could only bear compressing.(4) Influencing factors on durability were analyzed, which computed the life span in every single factor, finally the durability life was forecasted in the way of fuzzy comprehensive judgment.
