【摘要】 随着我国经济快速发展,汽车产业整体进入了高速发展期,汽车生产企业只有具备了快速响应市场需求的能力,才能在日益激烈的竞争中生存下来和发展壮大。F公司在随着市场增大而快速发展、产量增加的环境下,新建多功能厂并在一期项目上拟采用混线的生产方式同时生产三种型号的汽车,如何根据混线生产的特点,进行合理有效的库存控制,是F公司现在急需解决的问题。本文从JIT采购、订购批量和安全库存设置等角度对零部件库存控制问题进行了探讨。本文首先介绍了库存控制的基本理论和发展趋势,并对F公司进行调研,了解了F公司的多功能厂混线生产状态和零部件库存情况,对多功能厂多品种混线生产特点、物料特点、订单模式进行了分析。最后使用JIT采购、经济订购批量等方法,对F公司混线生产的零部件库存控制当中的关键问题进行了研究并给出了一般解决方案,并希望本文对其它汽车制造企业控制库存有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s rapid economic and the auto industry development, auto production enterprises entered the high-speed period. Only to have the ability to quickly respond to the market demand, it can survive and develop in the increasingly fierce competition. As the market increases, F Company plans to build a new factory and mixed 3 types of cars produced in one line. How to make the inventory of the mixed line is the problem faced by F Company now. This article discussed inventory problem of F Company’s mixed line from inventory cost, order quantity and safety stock setting aspect. This paper firstly introduces the basic inventory theory and its development tendency, and collected information of company F, learned about the new factory’s mixed production line status and logistics features, analyzed mixed line production characteristics, its material characteristics, and its order model. Finally, researched the key problems of inventory control of company F with JIT and economic order quality mothered, and then give the general solution. I hope that this paper would have certain significance to other automobile manufacturing enterprise in control inventory.更多还原
