城市轨道交通列车自动运行(ATO)最优控制策略的研究

【摘要】 摘要:城市轨道列车安全、平稳、高效地自动运行是我国轨道交通发展的重中之重,列车自动运行(ATO)控制策略的研究与优化则是列车自动运行的有效保障。如果列车运行时采用不同的控制策略,则列车运行的安全性、准点性、舒适性、耗油(电)量也都会不同,所以对城市轨道交通列车自动运行的控制策略的研究是非常有必要的。当前,国内外关于列车自动运行控制策略的研究多是针对某条单一的线路和特殊的指标,并且这些控制策略多是无法在列车运行过程中做到实时在线优化。而人工智能控制技术和最优化理论的快速发展却为列车自动运行控制策略的研究提供了有力支持。本论文主要是针对上述问题,首先分析了ATO驾驶策略的相关理论和技术,对列车运行环境进行了预处理,提出了一组新的列车自动运行控制策略的评价指标,并建立了这些评价指标的模型;其次本文改进了传统遗传算法,研究设计了一套新的列车自动运行最优控制算法,对ATO控制策略进行了优化;然后又基于VC++开发了列车自动运行最优控制策略实现软件,使列车能够适应不同的运行环境,并自动给出最适合该运行线路、运行环境的最优控制策略,控制列车安全平稳运行,从而满足行车精度、行驶安全、乘客舒适度、节能等指标;最后通过与传统模糊控制器的对比,设计了基于参数自整定模糊控制器,对ATO最优控制策略的行车速度曲线进行了仿真跟踪,并在实现定时停车的前提下,保证了控制系统的鲁棒性。

【Abstract】 The most important thing of rail transit development in China is to make the urban rail trains operate automatically in a safe, smooth and efficient manner. Research and optimization on control strategy for automatic train operation (ATO) is the effective protection of the automatic train operation. It makes difference on the safety, on time, comfort, fuel consumption that the train runs with different control strategies, so the research on control strategy for ATO is very important. Currently, the research on the ATO control strategies is just for a single line and special indicators both at home and abroad, and most of the control strategies can’t realize the real time online optimization in the process. However, rapid development of the artificial intelligence control technology and the optimization theory has provided strong support for the research on the control strategies of ATO.First of all, the thesis proposed a new series evaluation indicators of ATO control strategies based on analyzing the theories and technologies about the ATO driving strategy and the process of the train driving environment. In the next place, on basis of the improvement of the tradition genetic algorithms, we researched and designed a new algorithm of optimal control strategy of ATO, which optimizes the ATO control strategies. And then we developed the applicable software of ATO optimal control strategy based on the VC++, and it can automatically provide the train an optimized control strategy which is the most appropriate for the run line and running environment, and this can also satisfy the safety and smooth of the train and meet the requirements such as driving accuracy, security, passenger comfort, energy-saving measures. Finally, through the comparison of the traditional fuzzy controller, we design the fuzzy controller based on the parameter self-tuning, do simulation traces to the ATO speed curve of optimal control strategy by using the fuzzy controller, and this ensures the robustness of control system on the premise of realizing the trains stop as scheduled.
