【摘要】 在呼唤可持续发展,留住古城记忆的大背景下,城市滨水区环境的建设也越来越多的引起学术界普遍关注。基于潘杨湖特殊的环境特点,本文通过对景区周边及湖下建筑调查和相关文献研究,追根溯源,对开封城市发展沿革、龙亭古建筑环境的演变进行分析,以此过程为动因,结合设计艺术学科的特点,试图运用现代化的先进理念和技术手段,希望对景区建筑环境概貌的控制以及未来的建设和长远的发展有一定的指导意义。本文侧重于理论研究指导实践操作,结合目前开封市发展的阶段性特点和旧城区现状,提出符合实际的解决方法。核心问题在于如何“古为今用”。“古”与“今”在时间维度中的变化过程对目前潘杨湖建筑环境的影响,以及“今”对“古”的折射是通过什么样的方式实现的,又是通过什么样的方式传承的。在城市现代化的时代背景下,理论研究如何在古城特色文化与湖泊古建筑语境有机结合中发挥作用是本文的重点。本文主体内容共分三个部分,先从城市发展对潘杨湖景区的影响谈起,按照“城市文化——城湖关系——水系、古建沿革”的主线展开,这一部分从城市历史文化入手,主要谈城湖环境的演变。第二、三部分论述景区的发展思路,从“理念阐释——整体规划——环境建设”再到“建筑环境改造的具体措施”,由宏观到微观,由整体到局部,由“理念”到“手法”层层展开。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the sustainable development of society, the environmental construction of urban waterfronts draws more wide attention in academia, aiming at maintaining the history of this ancient city.Based on the environmental characteristics of Pan Yang Lake scenic spot, the thesis focuses on summarizing some clues to the history of Kaifeng’s development and evolution of Pan Yang Lake formation as well as ancient architecture environment according to the relative study on references of peripheral regions and submarine architecture investigation. We set the Pan Yang scenic spot as an example and try coming up with some advice on controlling the general picture of architecture environment and how to achieve the construction as well as sustainable development in the future. In addition, the advice mentioned in this article is original from modern technology with brand-new ideas according to the features of Art Designing Science.This paper emphasizes some practical operating methods on a researching basis and explains some useful solutions considering the present, phrased characteristics of developing Kaifeng as well as the existing state of old city zone. The core problem lies in how to make the past things serve the present and foreign things serve China. Here, we not only try to describe how the changing process from”past”to“present”influences the architecture environment of Pan Yang Lake, but also want to explain how the“present”reflects and inherits the“old”. Hence, this paper mainly deals with how to apply our researching theories with the combination of ancient city specialized culture and Lake architecture environment under the background of city modernizing.The main contents of this paper is divided into three parts, starting with urban development on Lake Pan Yang about the impact, in accordance with the "urban culture - between Lake - River, ancient History, "the main lines, this part of the history and culture from the city Start, mainly about the evolution of Lake environment. The second and third part discusses the area of the development of ideas, from "concept explained - the overall planning - environment"to"transform the built environment of specific measures ", by the macro to micro, from whole to part, by the "idea"to "Means" layers started.更多还原
