高等教育学专业硕士生专业认同度调查研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等教育学专业的不断发展,高等教育专业硕士培养规模的不断扩大,人们对高等教育学专业认识度的不断加深,高等教育学专业硕士生的专业认同度问题成为了当今高等教育学研究的一个重要问题。作为未来服务于高等教育的高级专业人才,该专业的硕士研究生需要能够扎实严谨的完成专业学习。对所学专业具有较高的认同度,有助于学生更主动积极的投入到专业学习和科研中。本研究通过对陕西省6所高校高等教育学专业学生专业认同状况的调查和研究,了解和把握了高等教育学专业学生的专业认同状况和影响因素,并指出了导致当前我国高等教育学硕士生专业认同度不高的主要原因所在,包括教育理念的不切合实际性；高等教育学专业教育经费与资源缺乏；课程设置不合理；研究生培养模式不完善等原因。结合现阶段陕西省高等教育学专业研究生培养工作的实际,从社会、学校以及学生本人三个方面入手,从深化改革,明确高等教育学专业硕士研究生的培养模式,完善高等教育学专业硕士研究生的培养工作等方面提出应对策略,从而更好地提高学生对高等教育学专业的认同度,使他们更加热爱自己所学的专业,献身于高等教育事业,为我国的高等教育复兴尽到自己的力量。更多还原

【Abstract】 With China’s higher education professional development, the enrollment of higher education graduates has been expanded. People know more and more in-depth to higher education professional. The issue of higher education professional identity becoming one of the important subjets. As the Senior professionals of the future higher education service, The professional master graduate students need to be able to finish the specialized study of strict solid. The students has higher identities can help them more active into professional study and research. In this Paper, by investigating and studying the different situations of Professional ideniity of master graduate for higher education in six different universities of Shaanxi Province, the author has understood and grasped the different situations of Professional identity and the influeneing factors. Then pointed out the problems, such as the not clear idea of education, the training target not meet the needs of the community;lack of the educational resources; unreasonable scientific research system, the training system of higher education postgraduates is inadequate, and depth analyzed the causes of the problems. At last, reference the experience of Developed countries, combined with the actual of Higher education professionals of Shaanxi Province. From the three aspects such as society, school and student, proposed some suggestions such as further defining aim of the training of higher education graduate to improve the higher education professional identity. Let them love their own major more, devote to Higher education career. The thesis closely combines with own characteristics of the Higher education professionals of Shaanxi Province.Puts forward some specific recommendations.
