【摘要】 本文从服装设计的角度,结合制服设计体系,归纳出铁路客运制服的设计理念和设计手法,并通过对铁路客运行业着装的调查考证,通过对具体色彩、材质、款式乃至配饰方面的研究,总结提炼出铁路客运制服的设计元素并进行分类解析。本文从整理与回顾铁路客运制服的发展概况入手,按照图文资料的搜集整理、市场调查的分析研究、设计实践的策划发展以及反馈信息的搜集评估等研究方法的流程和顺序,来分析铁路客运制服设计的功能性与审美性。本文立足于铁路客运制服的创新设计,面对现实调研中铁路客运制服所存在的不足,力图找到解决实际问题的方式方法,为以后的设计实践提供正确的思维思路,从而形成更加完善的设计体系。本文在铁路制服的相关概念和理论研究的基础上,对社会公众及铁路客运工作人员进行调研分析,以铁路客运工作人员工作的特点和性质为设计的前提条件,剖析出铁路客运制服的设计元素的特征及原则,在此基础上结合研究过程中发现的问题给出创新性的设计方案。通过对铁路客运制服的研究,本文得出以下结论：1、现代铁路运输业发展迅猛,因而制定和规范相应的行业标准,提升和完善铁路客运制服的设计对优化铁路客运的服务与管理具有现实积极的社会意义。2、铁路客运形象识别主要通过铁路客运服务规范和服务行为来实现,制服潜移默化地影响着铁路客运工作者的服务工作。在公共关系和生活审美的作用上展开对铁路制服的分析研究具有重要意义。3、深入的调查和分析铁路客运的工作环境,是实现铁路客运制服功能性与审美性的前提条件。必须切实地进行直接接触和观察分析,发现设计的关键和需待解决的问题,才能实际有效地实施设计方案。4、在设计理论的应用中,铁路制服的功能性与审美性的和谐统一尤为重要。本文从色彩搭配、材质选择、款式设计及配饰组合等诸多方面提出铁路客运制服创新设计实践的重要指导原则。5、不同的设计角度可以使铁路客运制服呈现出多样化的特性,并且能够使铁路客运制服在整体统一的前提下形成系列。本文从地域和礼仪两个角度分别展开对铁路客运制服的研究设计,以求形成更便于管理和规范的铁路制服市场。更多还原

【Abstract】 Railway is the biggest industry and important economy growth of 21th century. Under its sturdy development, it has been great concerned and got positive supports among the international community and region. Railway of our country is also filled with opportunities and challenges.This text aims to find out a design angle from numerous design factors which could influence clothing composing, try to induce popular skills in railway uniform design, and to find out applied principle in design. On this foundation, studying the railway uniform, and after making a research summary of concrete style, color material and so on, we can refine the design elements of the railway uniform and carry on categorizing the application.This text first tidy up and look back the development history of railway uniform profession, then according to the methods of research, such as searching and tiding up the information, diagramming the market requirement, contrasting the actual cases, scheming to design conducts and collecting feedback information and so on, we can find out the function and aesthetic of railway uniform.This text is based on the innovation design of railway uniform which have been found some shortages by investigation and research, try to find out some means to resolve real problems, open up to re-combine other new idea, Provide right way of thinking for future design, form a series of more perfect design project to resolve problems. Commencing from the next aspects, we can get complete understanding of railway uniform, and can expect some benefits on improving it.Via researching the railway uniform, this text has got a conclusion as follows: 1. Face to the fast development of modern transportation, the railway department adopted the measure in succession, drew up the standard of the profession and managed the service of it. Therefore, managing and improving railway uniform will get actively social meaning. Understanding the related concept and theories of railway uniform is the foundation condition to carry on designing.2. Railway service management and action are taken to achieve the identification of the railway image, uniform may influence and limit the efficiency and the quantity in management of the railway service. Investing and researching the social public and the market of railway uniform will make an expanded space for design.3. Summarize and abstract the view of design like Pattern, color, stuff and so on. Understanding the characteristics and property of the job is the prior condition of the design. All of these will become the important principle of creative design for railway uniform.4. Analyzing the design elements of railway uniform and grasping different vision of design is good to achievement for design and to provide the condition for the implement of design. Different design angle of view may present many characteristic of uniform pattern, from branch and series but not lose the whole. This text talked about different angle like the local area, technique, comity, function and management to carry on the design of railway uniform.5. Carrying on the investigation and analysis of the working environment is the precondition for realization of function and aesthetic.
